The Chess Academy of Armenia is organizing
the eleventh international open youth chess
tournament from June 25 to July 5 in the resort
town of Jermuk.

will take part in different age groups. Each
tournament is a 9 round Swiss Tournament.

Time control
90 minutes for the whole game (30 seconds
increment for each move, starting from move one).
In the event of a tie, tie breaks will be carried
out according to the cut off Buchholz, Buchholz
in all cases and number of games played with
black pieces. The monetary prizes will not be
shared. Each prizewinner can win only one prize.
The tournament under 18 will be calculated.

Trainers can stay at the hotel with no charge if at least
15 of their students and parents stay at Jermuk ashkharh
(for trainers from abroad - 5 students and parents).
Three trainers whose students show the best results
throughout the tournament will get special prizes.
Those who prefer not to stay at the hotel, have a choice
to stay in private apartments and pay only the entry fee.
Transportation from the airport to Jermuk and back will
cost 13 000 AMD per person.
