Useful Tips:
Burn candles for 3 to 4 hours to allow wax to totally liquefy and throw the fragrance – filling the entire room
with a beautiful scent. Trim the wick to ¼” each time you light the candle . A trimmed wick provides a lower
flame, which results in longer burn time – allowing one to attain the true essence of the fragrance.
Common Sense Caution:
Failure to follow instructions could result in fire hazard, injury or smoke damage. Keep wax free of matches,
wick trimmings, or other flammable materials. Keep wick centered and trimmed ¼” to prevent smoking and
soot buildup on container or other items. Burn only on stable and heat-resistance surfaces for not more
than 4 hours at a time. Discontinue use when only ½ of wax remains in bottom. Do not move candle while
burning or if wax is hot. Keep out of rach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended .
Getting to know your candle:
We use a high quality blended wax, formulated to provide the best scent throw and fragrance. Over time
the ivory color may change slightly showing the natural color of the essential oils. The candles may show
slight ripples or inconsistency on the surface. This means that the candles are poured by hand and not a machine. All candles no matter the wax content or price may pull away from the glass. This is called
“Shrinkage”. It can give a “bubbled” or “wet” appearance. The candle is not defective, it is a characteristic
of candles.
Company Policies:
1 Minimum Opening Order for New Accounts is $200.00 and must be prepaid by credit card or check. We
accept M/C, Visa and Am Ex. Established terms: Net 30 with approved credit.
2. Minimum Reorders are 12 candles of assorted sizes, fragrance and/or artwork.. Special orders may incur
under minimum fees.
3. Case Pack. candles must be ordered in multiples of 12 ,in any combination of size, fragrance and/or
artwork to accommodate optimum Case Pack packaging .
4. Existing customers may combine Kurtz Designs Stone Décor with the Fragrance Candle orders. All
returned or refused products will be subject to a 15% restocking charge unless prior authorization has
been granted.
5. All pricing is FOB Kurtz Designs, Garland, Texas. Orders are shipped UPS Ground.
6. Testers. 7 ounce candles are available as testers in all 10 fragrances . Testers are sold at a lower price and
shown on Price List. Only one 7 oz. tester allowed per 4 candles purchased.
7. Important: All damages must be reported within ten (10) days upon receipt. Damages or shortages will
not be accepted after ten (10) days.
8. Prices, Terms & Conditions All prices are wholesale. Current prices, terms and conditions are subject to
change without notice. All orders are subject to approval by Kurtz Designs
