Perhaps best known for his hauntingly beautiful choral works, Eric Whitacre is one of the most popular and performed composers of his generation. Check out the stunning Virtual Choir performances of his pieces “Lux Arumque” and “Sleep” on YouTube in anticipation of this major YPLC and Juilliard Club event! After the launch of the third virtual choir which includes participants from 73 countries, Eric Whitacre will be joined by the curator of TED, Chris Anderson, and Oscar and Pulitzer Prize-winning composer John Corigliano, for a discussion on music, technology and the future.
