The Boelter Brands portfolio expanded in 2014 with the acquisition of the sports licensed
assets of Topperscot. The addition of Christmas ornaments as well as Halloween items
featuring NFL, MLB, College, NHL, NBA, MLS and US Soccer licenses complement the gift
