During this camp we will be providing the best possible forum for marketing your products or services. The Camp is scheduled for October 24 – 29, 2010 and we are expecting law enforcement professionals from all over the United States. The scheduling of our program will allow those attendees maximum opportunities to meet with you and learn more about your products and/or services. The various clinics being offered during the camp cover a wide range of forensic and investigative disciplines. This should allow your company to easily integrate your products and present them to those who will be the actual users thus guaranteeing you a way to generate valuable sales leads and increase your organization’s visibility. This being the first Camp of this type, we are offering 10’ x 10’ booths for an affordable $500. We are expecting a large turnout, so it is recommended you reserve your booth as soon as possible. Box 701 • Columbia, MO 65205 Office 800.636.9107 Fax 816.817.1003 www.catlet.org GENERAL INFORMATION The Exhibit Booth Fee of $500 Includes: + 10’x10’ pipe and drape space with 8’ high back wall drape and 3’ high side drape + 7” x 44” one-line ID sign + One six foot draped table with two chairs + Show Carpet Booth Assignments: The Camp Committee will strive to fulfill all position requests; however, all booths are assigned on a first-come, + Two day registration/floor passes first-served, basis. Assignment and Sublease: Exhibitors/Vendors shall not sublet booths or any equipment provided, or assign this lease in whole or in part. Materials and Props, Food and Drinks: Any type of food or drink used as part of, or given away during the exhibit, must be approved by the Exhibit/Vendor Coordinator. Restrictions: Exhibitors/Vendors may not block line-of-sight of an adjacent exhibitor with their booth. Please contact the Exhibit/ Vendor Coordinator if you have any questions regarding booth construction. Installation and Dismantling: Exhibit booths will be ready for setup Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at 8:00am. All materials must be removed and prepared for shipping from the booths by Thursday, October 28, 2010, at 6:00pm. Responsibility for Loss and Damage: Exhibitors/Vendors assume all responsibility for damage caused by the exhibit to the person, property, or rights of other parties, including injury to floors, walls, decorations, or equipment of the exhibit contractors. They will not hold Windermere, the Camp Committee or CATLET responsible for any loss, theft or damage. Shipping, Labor, Furniture Rental, and Other Services: After the exhibit space is reserved, Page and Brown Convention Services, will supply order forms for drapage, furniture rental, installations, dismantling labor, and various other services. Payment: Payment in full must be received by August 1, 2010. Add $50 per booth if payment is received between August 2nd and September 30th. Add $100 per booth after September 30th. Refund Policy: All refund requests must be in writing. A full refund will be given for all cancellations received on or before August 1, 2010. Cancellations received after August 1st will be processed as a full refund less $100. No refunds will be made after September 30th. On-Site Meals: The Windermere Facilities offers dining on site for very reasonable rates. Meal tickets can be purchased when reserving your room, if you stay on site, or during check in. Rates are: Breakfast—$5.75, Lunch—$7.75, Dinner— $9.00.
