2nd Annual Cranberry Charity Golf Tournament

CRANBERRY VILLAGE IS PROUD TO HOST THE 2ND ANNUAL CRANBERRY CHARITY GOLF
TOURNAMENT – IN SUPPORT OF GEORGIAN COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP FUND TO BE HELD
THURSDAY JULY 7TH AT THE CRANBERRY GOLF COURSE IN BEAUTIFUL COLLINGWOOD,
ONTARIO.
In September 2014, Georgian College and The Cranberry Village forged a relationship that would see
founder Mr. Larry Law making a substantial donation to support students at the John Di Poce South
Georgian Bay Campus of Georgian College. This money would go towards assisting students through a
variety of scholarships and awards. To continue supporting the ever-growing Georgian College, and
next generation of Canadian graduates we hope to raise a further $10,000 this coming July. As such,
Cranberry Village is proud to present the second annual Cranberry charity golf tournament benefit for
Georgian College on Thursday, July 7th, 2016.
The fundraising effort welcomes patrons to get involved by challenging themselves on our magnificent
18-hole golf course and later dine at Bear Estate, overlooking the serene Georgian Bay.
We are reaching out to you today asking for a contribution to the future success of this fundraising
project. We have opportunities for you to raise awareness of your brand throughout the day ranging
from registration sponsors, individual hole sponsors to title and dinner sponsors – something to suit
businesses of all statures. Show your brand’s support for a thriving educational institution by

Title Sponsor $1,500 As the major sponsor for this event, your company will receive top billing on all
event materials including our webpage, event program, media coverage, advertising and signage.
Opportunity to display banners and promotional materials at the tournament. This sponsorship includes
a complementary foursome for Golf & Dinner to the event.
Dinner Sponsor $1,500 Host your new best golfing buddies to dinner in support of Georgian College.
Your company will receive prominent placement on all event materials and advertising as well as special

Cart Sponsor $1,500 Everyone at our tournament will get a cart with your company’s name on it. Name

and signage and the opportunity to provide marketing materials to be included in all registration
packages. This sponsorship includes a complementary foursome for Golf & Dinner to the event.
Welcome & Registration Sponsor $1,000 Your company will sponsor the bag-drop and registration area.
As golfers register for the day, Georgian College Volunteers and Cranberry Golf Staff & Golf Pro will
welcome them to the registration area which will feature your company’s logo. Signage at the
registration desk and the opportunity to provide marketing materials to be included in all registration
packages. Sponsorship includes a golf twosome into the tournament.

Hole Sponsors $150 Exclusive signage in a prominent location at one of the tee decks or near the green

Silent Auction Donations You or your company can make a difference by donating new items to silent
auction or for one of our prizes.
