Msaaki Matsui became CEO and President of the combined entity. 1983 Launched China trade business, involving mostly exports 1987 Entered full-scale aquaculture material and pleasure boat businesses 1993 The late Tadashi MATSUI, Chairman, was honored by the Emperor for his life-long dedication to the development of Japanese industry. 1994 Established representative offices in Shanghai, China 1996 Received a certificate given by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry for enterprises that contribute to imports.
