Deposit Description

Gold iron copper and others deposit.

Covers 5 Belongings, with an overall area of 1,650 ha.

All belongings are contiguous and interconnected.
1.- Gold

Hydrothermal character site, - (probably the Hipo Thermal type) with a front
recognized power of 2,000 mts., An elevation difference of 400 meters. with a
wide area of approximately 3km.

The introduced grades vary in a range going from 1.9 gold grams. / Ton., To
42.30 g. / Ton.

Taking an average of 3grs./ton. (speculative reference), we can infer that we
are facing a field of 2,760 tons. Aprox. Gold (97.357.931onzas)

Important Note
During the melting process of the final concentrate a
significant presence of residual platinum in the
concentrate was detected, which was melted and
converted into a small plate effectively certifying that its
content is platinum.
Despites the importance of this discovery and its
certainty it must not be assigned a value added to the
final recovery of precious metals, until we have more
evidence to indicate distribution and grade average in
the mantles sand and structures.
In light of these findings we can safely assign an impact
value at the end of the process.
2.- Iron

The iron deposit is made up of black sand masses; the important body
contains from 12 to 18 million tons of sands released approximately, which
correspond to magnetite (iron sulfides), at an average concentration of 43%.

These bodies are black sand masses free and also easily removed;
corresponding only to the taken down hat spills, being the main reservoir at
the base of the upper plane, which is not yet quantified, but it is easily
beared out that it is wide.
According to the magnitude of this finding it has not been possible to precisely
determine the grades and other associated mineral components.
Iron Metallurgical Analysis
Metallurgical analyzes have cast iron:





Cromite
Magnetite
Ilmenite (iron titanium oxide, associated with magnetite, rutile and monazite
Sircon, major constituents of the black sands)
Geotita (manganese iron oxide)
Pentrandita presence (nickel and iron sulfides)
Note:
 Geotita presence together with magnetite constitutes the hat or gossen, which
ensures the presence of metalliferous veins.
 It is important to know that we are just quantifying the different presences of
ferrous ores, and to emphasize that it corresponds to a surface character,
surface-level analyzes were conducted with a wide sample extension.
3.- Copper





Found and present throughout the Golden field.
Composed entirely of copper sulphides, especially
chalcopyrite and arsenopyrite, Bornite.
Submitted grade varies in a range of Cu ranging from 0.78%
to 1.25%.
Molybdenite, interesting presence
Taking an average of 1% (reference speculative), we can infer
that we are facing a field of about 9,200,000 Ton. Cu.
Metallurgical analysis GOLD / Cu
Two Metallurgical tests were performed, in order to
determine the optimal recovery of these metals:
1.- Where the highest test threw the following results, only gold
was processed,
 Average head Gold 26.62 grams. / ton
 Final Concentrate 168,60gr./ton
 Final Tailings (tail) 8,90grs/ton
 Recovery 66,56%
 Concentration Relation 1X15 ton. mineral
 (Note: metallurgist recommends to incorporate a

gravimetric concentrator in the exit of the tail to recover gold
(8.90 g. Ton., which escapes by the tail).
Optimum mesh size of mineral concentration under 200
mesh.
Metallurgical analysis GOLD / Cu
2.- Gold and copper were processed together,
 Gold head grade 5.9 g. / To.
 Concentration: 128,5grs. /ton
 Tail tailings: 1,3grs./ton
 Recovery 77,97%
 Concentration Ratio35ton
 Copper sulfides and insoluble head grade 0.79%
 Concentrated 25,15%
 tailings 0.21%
 Recovery 73,42%
Metallurgical analysis GOLD / Cu

Important: Mineral Analyses and metallurgical tests were
product from samples collected at different points
superficially at the Reservoir (surface geology)

Comment: The purpose of metallurgical testing, were initially
corresponded to verify mineral recovery and associated
minerals eventually Ganga associated minerals which will
make more difficult metallurgical recovery. Since our purpose
was exploting the minerals by conventional operating
systems, such as flotation pilot plant (capacity 150 tons
daily.) supported by our Gravimetric concentrator.
