Accessing PSP Online Portal Through
Apna CSC Portal

Apna CSC Portal
Navigate to the Apna CSC Portal (URL: http://apna.csc.gov.in).
1. Enter CSC Id, Password
and Captcha text.

button.

Apna CSC Home screen appears.
Click the VLE Services tab.

The various VLE services display on the screen.
Click the Passport link.

The Passport Seva screen appears.
1.Select the RPO Area from
dropdown list in whose jurisdiction
is the applicant’s current address
2.Click the Go button.

User is redirected to the Applicant Home screen of PSP Online Portal. VLE user can fill
application form for Fresh/Reissue of Normal/Diplomatic/Official Passport and PCC on behalf of
applicant.

Click the Apply for Fresh/Reissue of Passport link on the Applicant Home screen of PSP Online
Portal (refer to Slide Number: 8). The Passport Form opens.
Fill all the required details (till Self Declaration page) and
click the Next button to navigate to next page.

Self Declaration is the last page on Passport Form.

preview the entered and
saved form details.

button to move to
previous page.

Scroll down the screen.
Select the consent checkbox and
click the Pay and Submit button.

VLE is redirected to the Payment Details screen of Apna CSC Portal to collect wallet payment.
1. Enter User Id and Wallet
Password.
2. Click the Pay
Now button.

ARN is generated and VLE is redirected to the Form Submission Success screen of PSP Online
Portal displayed the success message of application form submission.

Scheduling Appointments Against ARN

Click the Pay and Schedule Appointment link on the Form Submission Success screen of PSP
Online Portal (refer to Slide Number: 14). The Choose Payment Mode screen appears.
1. Select a payment mode.
2. Click the Next button.

The Schedule Appointment screen appears.

The PSK Location dropdown list appears for selecting a PSK for which applicant wants to schedule
appointment.
1. Select PSK Location.

Click the Pay and Book
Appointment button.

User is redirected to the Multi Option Payment System (MOPS) screen to make payment through
different payment modes (Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card).
Select Payment Mode as Net Banking.

2. Click the Print application Receipt link.

Submitted or Partially Saved.

Service Report link.
4. Specify date range by
entering From and To dates.
5. Click the Go button.

Click the Download Excel Report button
to download the report in Excel format.
