MCKAFKA DEVELOPMENT GROUP IS A FULLY INTEGRATED REAL ESTATE SERVICE

Directors Fernando Levy Hara and Stephan Gietl realized
their shared passion for real estate and architecture while
attending the Advanced Management Development
Program in Real Estate (AMDP) at Harvard University
Graduate School of Design. AMDP is exclusively for
entrepreneurs and senior-level professionals with minimum
15 years of real estate-related experience. Both Levy Hara
and Gietl are in the meantime sought after speakers at
Harvard University, especially on real estate cycles.
Levy Hara and Gietl have specialized during the downturn
of the economy in the years 2009 and 2010 in acquiring
distressed assets, amongst them notes, fractured
condominiums and land. Both developed residential and
commercial projects in South Florida, Europe and Latin
America including the successful waterfront condominiums
Regatta and Bay View Lofts in Miami Beach.
Since it’s inception, McKafka Development Group has
acquired notes, properties and development sites
exceeding 100 million USD in value and has sold more than
500 units mostly to international investors. With it’s latest
condominium development, The Crimson, McKafka
Development Group will leave an imprint on Miami’s skyline.
McKafka Development Group is excited to announce its
latest development addition, a 282 multifamily project in
Sarasota, at Florida’s Gulf coast. With this development
McKafka Development Group is evidencing once more its
capacity in delivering a class A project and its right timing
for the market.

Levy Hara is likewise Stephan Gietl a
principal and co‐founder of Aventura,
FL‐based McKafka Development Group.
He serves as a Managing Partner and
Chief Executive Officer, as well as the
Broker and Founder of McKafka Realty,
LLC, one of three separate divisions
under the company umbrella.
Stephan Gietl is likewise Fernando
Levy Hara a principal and co‐founder
of Aventura, FL‐based McKafka
Development Group. He serves as the
Chief Finance Officer and Chief
Operating Officer of the company.
CEO - MANAGING PARTNER
Originally from Argentina, planned, designed and built
more than one million square feet of commercial and
residential projects in South Florida, including Bayview
Lofts and Regatta in Miami Beach, and One Aventura
Executive Center in Aventura. Fernando is instructor of
Executive Education at Harvard and member of
Harvard's Board of Real Estate Academic Initiative.

Originally
from
Austria,
was
responsible for the completion of a mix-used project
called Palladium in Downtown Prague with more than
one million square feet of shopping center, office and
parking space. Stephan is instructor of Executive
Education at Harvard and member of Harvard's Board of
Real Estate Academic Initiative.

acquisition in the Fort Lauderdale area. With its

the River it proved to be huge success. Within 10 months
the acquired 62 units were sold to investors all over the

luxury amenities drew attention of investors from South
America, Canada and Central and Eastern Europe.
