1 pound Italian cooked ham, preferably parmacotto,
cut into ½-inch cubes

ORDERING
Orders for Dansk products should be faxed to the attention of Customer Service at 1-800-971-7710.
All shipments will be made F.O.B. Hagerstown, Maryland, as applicable in accordance with your
routing instructions or, in the absence of such instructions, at our discretion. Transportation charges
will be collect.
We will gladly ship direct to your customer within the Continental United States. Lenox will assess a
$7.50 charge on orders with a total product value of less than $150. The fee will apply only to orders
received by phone, fax or mail which are shipped to your store. Consumer direct orders, those involving special handling and any orders entered on Lenox.commerce (our business to business web site)
or transmitted via EDI will not be charged this fee.
HANDLING SHIPMENT PROBLEMS
To insure prompt and efficient handling of all shipping errors, always fax requests for the
return or replacement of ware to the Customer Support Center at 1-800-971-7710.

listing items short, invoice number and request for replacement or credit.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Dansk requires 5 business days to effect cancellations. Such requests must be made in writing to the
attention of Customer Service.

III. LOST SHIPMENTS
Dansk is not liable for shipments lost in transit. Claims for lost shipments must be filed with
the carrier. Upon request, we will file tracers on the customer’s behalf, if proof of delivery is
requested in writing within 60 days of the invoice date. The customer, however, is responsible
for payment according to the terms stated on the invoice.
IV. ERRORS IN SHIPMENT/QUALITY PROBLEMS
1. For errors in pattern or quantities shipped, contact Customer Service, supplying invoice
and order numbers, ware ordered, ware received, and request for credit or replacement.
2. In the case of duplicate shipments, supply all invoice numbers to Customer Service.
3. Regarding quality issues, contact Customer Service advising if a replacement is needed,
request return authorization and upon receipt, enclose copy with return. Please outline
reason for return, insure shipment for full value, and return as directed.
4. Allow 3-6 weeks for inspection and receipt of replacement or credit.
