Helpful Hints for
Skaters New to
Group Lessons
1. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to classes
starting. Classes will start promptly at
the scheduled time.
2. Please dress your child warmly. It is
COLD in the skating rink. Snow pants,
jackets, warm gloves and a bike or
hockey helmet are strongly
recommended.
3. When using our rental skates, please ask
for the brown or black rental figure
skates. Please do not put any new skater
in hockey skates. Hockey skates are recommended for skaters in Snowplow
Sam 3 or Basic 2 and higher. Skates
should be laced tightly through the top
