During a chat that I had with lawyer friends of mine, I realized that the probable negativities have already begun to occur

their causes and then we suddenly recognized that all our families are divided up in social networking sites. I went into the

explanations, internet caused break-ups and cheatings which
are rated as 4/3 by every lawyer whom I have spoken to however the exact number of which is not determined since our failure to create statistics…

Bu kurgu 2000’li y›llarda bafllayan bir kurgu de¤il. Ancak,
kitle iletiflim araçlar› ve sözde sosyal, sanal platformlar arac›l›¤›
ile halkla iliflkiler endüstrisinin, insan ›rk›na ihanet içeren baflar›s›n›n doruklara ç›k›fl›, 2000’li y›llarda yaflan›yor. Amaca yönelik eylemlerinde s›k›nt› ç›karacak rasyonel akl›n by-pass edilmesi ifllemi, baflar› ile devam ettirilmektedir. Zaman mefhumu, cenaze namaz› k›l›nanlar aras›nda… fiöyle ki; olaylar›n gerçekleflme s›ras›, kiflisel öncelikleriniz ve bir durumun mazi denilen
fleyde kalmas› bir önem arz etmiyor.
Çok eskilerden bir gulyabani al›n›p bugün yaflanan bir olay
haline getirilebiliyor. Kaçmak istedi¤iniz ya da özledi¤iniz ne
varsa, o güne gidip onlar›n pefline tak›labilir hale geliyorsunuz.

Zevki erteleme davran›fl›n›n eskiye oranla daha az sergilenmesi, zevk nesnelerinin kolay ulafl›labilirli¤inin yan› s›ra ertelemeyi gerektirecek geçer bir sebebin yoklu¤unu da düflündürmekte. De¤erlerin, olgunlu¤un de¤il, yoksunlu¤un getirileri olmas›, iflte bu manzara as›l iç ac›tan… Hedef; “Hayat bir gündür
o da bugündür”, yapmak istedi¤in hiçbir fleyi erteleme, “kullanat” senin için daha iyisini, daha yenisini, daha güzelini biz tasarlar›z. Ne de olsa eflref-i mahlukat insan, yani kapital…
“Seksüel özgürlük”, bu yeniça¤›n, yeni düflünce biçiminin,
yeni insan›n yetifltirilmesinin (üretilmesinin) dü¤üm noktas›n›
oluflturdu. Kuflkusuz, seksüel özgürlük, insan özgürlüklerinin en
önemlilerinden biri belki de birincisidir. Ancak, bunun çeflitli
manipülasyonlarla yeni tüketim hareketlerinin tafl›y›c›s› konumuna getirilmesi son kertede büyük olumsuzluklar içeren politik bir
iki yüzlülüktür. Gerçekten de, post-modern dönemin, Gordion
Dü¤ümü’nün “seksüel özgürlük” dalgas› üzerinden çözülebilece¤i (ve sonra ilerde, gerekirse bir AIDS dalgas› üzerinden de
yeniden dizginlenebilece¤i) düflünüldü ve gerçekten çok baflar›l› olundu.” Teber’in yukar›da al›nt›lad›¤›m “seksüel özgürlü¤ü”

In this age called by some political psychologists as “post historic age,” the name of those who do not drink the poison served in golden cup is “insane.”
This is not a fiction that started in 2000s. However, via mass
media and so called social and virtual platforms, the success of
public relations industry that betrays human kind hit the top in
2000s. The bypass of the rational mind which creates trouble in
goal oriented actions still continues with success. The notion of
time is among those who pray for a funeral… That is to say; the
plot of the scenario, your personal priorities and some incidents
remaining in the past do not have an importance.
It is possible to take a bogyman from the past and to make
it as a today’s occurrence. No matter what you want to run away
from or what you miss, you may happen to go that and day and
follow them. No matter how much time went by, what your current situation or condition is… We are witnessing that social
traumas and uncompleted things are being carried into today
in a similar way and they are comprehended attract attentions
as if they had happened yesterday. The fact that my people
prayed for a funeral for a co-star dying in a movie really needs
to be explained beyond being very funny. The rational mind is
dead; the living ones are insane…
The fact that postponing the joy is seen less common compared to the past reminds us of the lack of a valid reason that
requires postponing in addition to the easy access to subjects

“Son zamanlarda boflanma oranlar›n›n artt›¤›na dikkat çeken Kayseri 3. Aile Mahkemesi Hakimi Ali Ak›n, Türkiye geneli
ayda binlerce kiflinin bofland›¤›n› ve özellikle boflanma sebeplerinin bafl›nda sosyal paylafl›m ve sohbet sitelerinin geldi¤ini
kaydetti. ‹HA muhabirine aç›klamalarda bulunan Ak›n, teknolojinin geliflmesinin son derece önemli oldu¤una vurgu yaparak,
bunun kötü yönde kullan›lmas› halinde bir çok tehlike ile karfl›
karfl›ya kal›nabildi¤ini belirtti.
En çok aldatma ve fliddet nedenlerinden ötürü boflanma

söz bir çizgi filmden al›nt›… Daha önceden bizlere ö¤retilen
“Yüre¤inin götürdü¤ü yere git”e kinaye yaparcas›na… Bir çeviri hatas› oldu¤una s›kça tekrarlan›fl› nedeniyle ihtimal veremiyorsunuz. “Baykufllarda yürek yoktur, onun için” diyesiniz geliyor ancak, sanki tam da istenildi¤i gibi “kursaklar› yönlerini belirlesin” gibi bir nesil istedikleri… Halen fabrika ayarlar› ile yaflayan biz ana-babalar için katlan›lmas› zor görünen bir düflünce.
Halen fabrika ayarlar› diyorum, birkaç travmatik format yememize ra¤men ebeveynlerimiz aras›nda TV’nin olmad›¤› bir nesiliz,
dolay›s›yla bunu rahatl›kla söyleyebiliyorum. Bu nedenle “kursa¤›na haram lokma girmemeli”, “aç kalabilirsin ama nereden
beslendi¤in önemli” gibi de¤erleri yaflarken biz(!)(yaflad›¤›m›z›
san›rken); evlatlar›m›z›n, “kursa¤› çoban y›ld›z› ilan edilince”,
nereye gitmez ki insan diyoruz. Kayg›l›, hüzünlü, biraz da çaresiz… Çaresiz, çünkü t›pk› e¤itimleri için karar verirken, çocu¤unuzdan bir yar›fl at› oluflturmaya çabalayan, ça¤c›l de¤erlere
içinizin hay›r demesine ra¤men, d›fl›n›z›n uyum sa¤lamas› gibi
bir uyum uyumsuzlu¤u bu… Ya da d›fl uyumun iç uyumunuzu
allak bullak eden bu hali…

CAUSE DIVORCES
“Pointing out that the rate of divorces has recently increased, Kayseri 3rd Domestic Relations Court Judge Ali Ak›n reported that thousands of people get divorce in a month all across Turkey and social networking and chat sites are the major
grounds for divorce. Making explanations to an IHA reporter,
Ak›n mentioned that the development of technology is very significant, however, in case of misusage; people may come across with several threats.
Stating that people sue for a divorce mainly for cheating
and violence, Ak›n said “The divorces have increased dramatically in recent years. Since January, we have been dealing
with 1400 divorce cases. The rates are rapidly increasing. There are four Family Courts here. In total, nearly 3000 cases have been carried out. Within these cases, there are 2500 divorces. Most of them resulted with acceptance. The rate of divorce has increased within the last three-four years. The number
of those who come here for divorce is increasing day by day.
These rates are not high because of financial problems. The divorces are caused by cheating and violence.”
Expressing that violence and cheating are the major grounds for divorce, Ak›n said “I am both surprised and critical
that the divorce rates are so high in a city like Kayseri. The rates of the women and men who cheat are equal. In the past,
men used to cheat more. As for now, women also cheat as
much as men. And generally the wives of the men whom we
call macho cheat much. The women head for something else
when they do not see the love and affection that they want.
They are trying to find what they cannot do with their husbands
in other people or other things. The wives of macho men generally move with revenge. These kinds of men beat their wives
and the women head for cheating in order to get revenge.”

“Post historic”, “post modern” or “sword fern” age is also
related to the educations of newly growing generations in order
to guarantee itself. “The ME generation” “that follows where its
hunger leads it”… This quotation is taken from a cartoon… It is
just like an allegory to what we were taught; “Follow where your heart leads you”… You cannot thinks it is mistranslated since it is often repeated. You want to say that “The owls do not
have hearts” however, the generation “the directions of which
are determined by their hunger” is exactly what they want… It
seems to be an unbearable thought for the parents still living
with factory defaults. I am still stating “factory defaults”, even
though we are formatted traumatically for a few times we are
still, among our parents, a generation without TV, therefore I
can say it easily. So while we are living some values (or thinking that we live) such as “No ill-gotten food should be in your
stomach”, or “You may be hungry but it is important how you
fill your hunger”; we say that there is no place that human beings cannot reach when the stomachs of our children are announced to be “Venus.” Concerned, sad and a little bit desperate… Desperate since it is the harmony inconsistency like the
time when you say no but have no choice but to accept the modern values that are trying to turn your children into racing horses while deciding about their educations… Or it is the time
when your outer harmony perplexes your inner harmony…
