Terms & Conditions for Members
The Golink Resorts Group membership “Guarantee Buyback Program” is an exclusive
program that provides our members the opportunity to cash-in their 25-year-old
membership at the maturity date.
The cash-in value for Guarantee Buyback Program could be as much as 80% of the original
purchase price of membership.
Guarantee Buyback Program claims (each a "Claim") may be submitted per, and are subject
to, the following Terms and Conditions:

The Guarantee Buyback Program will mature 25 (Twenty ve) years after purchase
date.
Registration must be made a month before its maturity date by mail, by sending name,
address, telephone number, email address to the Membership Department of PT Intra
GolfLink Resorts, Jl. Kebon Sirih No. 67 – 69, Jakarta, 10340, or to member’s
respective club. The Claimant must have registered for the Guarantee Buyback Program
after settled up all outstanding installment, annual dues, and other obligations if any.
The Claimant must complete and submit to GolfLink Resorts an executed Claim Form,
the signed Guarantee Buyback Program Terms and Condition, and provide a complete
copy of the Membership Card and the Membership Certicate.
The Claimant must provide a copy of the front and back of the valid ID Card, or
Passport. This document must be enclosed with the other Claim documents.
GolfLink Resorts will accept only one Claim per Membership unit Identication
Number under the Guarantee Buyback Program. The payment will be made via bank
transfer to member’s designated bank account, 10 (ten) working days after approval.
The Claimant must own the Membership unit at the time the Claim is made. If a
Membership unit is subject to a rent, the Claimant must agree to contact the borrower,
obtain a payoff amount and grant GolfLink Resorts of the Membership unit if the Claim
is approved.
If members does not execute the Guarantee Buyback Program when due, the
membership status automatically becomes a Lifetime Membership.
In the case of Individual type member pass away before 25 years of membership, then
the heir has the right to claim Guarantee Buyback Program on the due date or to
continue as the holder of Individual type Lifetime Membership.
Transfer of Individual type membership to the heirs after 25 years subject to
reregistration fee of max 25% of the current membership price.
Corporate (Registered and Unregistered) type membership not exercised Buyback
Guarantee, automatically become Corporate type Lifetime Membership by paying
reregistration fee of max 25% of the current membership price.
Members of Board of Governor (BOG) or Board of Commissioner (BOC), spouse and
children members are not eligible for the Guarantee Buyback Program.

with the current price.
All prices are include 10% government tax.
"No-play, No-pay" scheme, whereby members only pay monthly dues for the month in which they play golf.
Annual dues payments of 12 months will get a discount of one month, but can not utilize the "No-play, No-pay" scheme.
