Each exquisite Keeler design is crafted by our artisans in Grandville, Michigan. Every piece is born from
an initial inspiration and brought to life through careful nurturing. Our artists’ sketch, model, cast, finish and

In novation
Keeler has done more than just follow design trends; we take part in shaping them. Throughout our history,
the Keeler name has gained distinction in many industries including furniture, kitchen cabinetry, automotive,
marine and appliance components. In 2002, Keeler and Period Brass merged their knowledge of exceptional

The Riverside collection is influenced by the Arts and Crafts
movement and our legacy designs from the early and later 1900’s.
The stepped edges add refinement to the rustic sand cast textures
in the natural tones of red and white bronze. Openings at the
top and bottom of the interior and exterior plates allow for the
interplay of the door and hardware finishes. With this design,
we continue the legacy of Keeler with a nod to the past while
supporting today’s design trends.

What is SecuRemote?
SecuRemote technology allows you to operate and regulate access to a variety of products such as entry
doors, garage doors, lighting and more. With SecuRemote, your smartphone becomes a management
center for all your products with SecuRemote technology, putting convenience, control, and security in
the palm of your hand.
How it works
SecuRemote is a technology platform. When integrated with locks, garage doors and other devices in
your home, it gives you complete control—through the Bluetooth in your smartphone.
No more handing out physical keys or giving our garage codes. Add phone numbers to the list of
authorized users so they too can operate the device. Control the days of the week and time each user
can operate the device. Know who accessed the device and when. You control who has access to the
devices, when other users can operate them, and even know when the devices have been operated.

To use SecuRemote enabled devices, simply download the SecuRemote application, then pair to the
device through your Smartphone’s Bluetooth. The device sets the first paired phone as the Administrator.
After completing the pairing and setup process, the device can now be operated and controlled

TERMS OF PAYMENT
1% 10 net 30 days. Monthly statements are provided.
COMMERCIAL APPLICATIONS
This warranty does not apply if the product is used in commercial
applications.
FREIGHT TERMS
FOB Grandville - Orders of less than $250 are subject to a $10 shipping and
handling charge. Orders from $250 to $499 are subject to a $20 shipping
and handling charge. Orders from $500 to $999 are subject to a $30
shipping and handling charge. Orders $1,000 or above will ship pre-paid
from Belwith Products, LLC (Belwith).
CONSUMER ONLY WARRANTY
This warranty is limited to the original owner (non-transferable). Limited
Warranty limits the Warranty and is limited to replacement or repair of
product or components. This warranty excludes consequential damages
that may occur, including but not limited, to the door, surrounding structure,
furniture, and clothing. This Warranty excludes damages or deterioration
caused by, but not limited to, misuse, poor installation, or normal wear and
tear. If anytime a consumer is asked to return product to Belwith, product
must be packaged properly to protect merchandise from being damaged.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders for any item in this catalog may be cancelled or changed by the
customer, subject to written approval from an authorized Belwith employee
and subject to a service charge.
LIMITED LIFETIME MECHANICAL WARRANTY
Belwith warrants that each Keeler product shall be free from mechanical
defects for a period of 3 years from time of purchase and products shall
be free from electrical defects for 1 year from time of purchase.
SAMPLES
Samples are subject to charge and are not returnable without written
approval from an authorized Belwith employee.
LIMITED LIFETIME FINISH WARRANTY (PVD)
The Belwith Lifetime Finish PVD (physical vapor deposition) uses advanced
finishing technology to create a finish highly resistant to the effects of weather
and normal wear and tear. The Limited Lifetime Finish Warranty on Lifetime
Finish products covers the original purchaser for as long as they own
the home.
SHORTAGES
Belwith must be notified within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment if any
shortage is experienced.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE BY CARRIERS
Concealed damage can occur in handling by carriers. This damage is
recoverable by you from the carrier upon presentation of a proper claim.
If you find damage upon unpacking the shipment, call the delivering carrier
and ask for an inspection of concealed damage. An inspector will be sent and
will furnish proper forms for your claim. Do not return damaged merchandise
to Belwith. The carrier is responsible for the shipment when it is picked up
from our facilities. If merchandise is returned to us, you may be unable to
file a claim.
RETURNED GOODS
Belwith will promptly rectify any defects or errors for which it is responsible.
Approval for return of these goods must be requested and a RETURN
GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) number affixed to the return PRIOR to
credit being issued. Any merchandise sent to Belwith without the proper
RGA number and without proper packaging to protect merchandise
will not be accepted and will be promptly returned to the sender. Any
returns requested for reasons other than defects or errors will be credited,
less a handling charge of 25% of the invoiced price upon approval. Any
merchandise returned to Belwith must be in resalable condition. All
returns are subject to Belwith inspection. Displays and display items are
not returnable for credit. No merchandise will be accepted without an
authorization number, as issued by Belwith. All freight costs for returned
merchandise must be paid by the sender.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Keeler brand products, under Belwith Products, LLC, are original art, as are
the logos, catalogs, displays, web sites, and photography, and as such they
are protected by trademark and copyright law. Belwith protects intellectual
property through Design Patents, Utility Patents, and Copyrights. It is Belwith
corporate policy to prosecute violators of its intellectual property rights
using the full extent of United States’ and international laws.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
Keeler branded products are manufactured to provide quality which
you can count on with normal use and wear. We offer a Limited Lifetime
Guarantee against defects and workmanship. Belwith is NOT LIABLE FOR
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. This guarantee is in lieu of
any other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty
of merchantability or fitness.
WARRANTY VOID IF USED WITH OTHER MANUFACTURER’S
PRODUCTS. A KEELER STRIKEPLATE MUST BE INSTALLED OR
WARRANTY IS VOID.

LIMITED FINISH WARRANTY
The finish on Keeler products (excluding Lifetime Finish and living finish
products) is protected by a durable topcoat designed to maintain the beauty
and quality of the Keeler product. The Belwith Limited Finish Warranty
covers the original purchaser for 3 years from date of purchase for interior
use and 1 year for exterior use.
LIVING FINISHES
Due to the nature of Belwith living finish products, they will wear over time.
No finish warranty is offered on living finish products, which are designed
to age and improve over time. Living finishes include raw brass, oil rubbed
bronze, stainless steel, and other non-lacquered or non-PVD finishes.
Except as expressly provided in this warranty to the contrary, (1) Belwith
makes no, and disclaims all, warranties, representations and guarantees
(whether expressed, implied or statutory) including, but not limited to, any
implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and
(2) Belwith shall not be obligated or liable for labor or other costs related to
installation, repair or replacement or for loss of, or damage to, any material
which is not sold by Belwith. In no event shall the duration of any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose be longer than
the lifetime of the applicable product or for as long as the original purchaser
owns the product. This warranty is the only expressed warranty provided
by Belwith. No employee, representative, agent, nor any other person has
authority to assume or incur on behalf of Belwith any obligation or liability in
place of or in addition to this warranty.
Each of Belwith’s direct customers shall receive any claims and take delivery
of any allegedly defective Belwith products from the consumers and shall
communicate and otherwise cooperate in a reasonable manner with Belwith
concerning the administration, processing and remedying of such claims,
including, but not limited to, delivering repaired or replacement Belwith
products or, in the appropriate case, purchase price refunds to consumers.
Please Note: The limited warranty on all locks, latches or SecuRemote
technology products is void if used in combination with knobs,
levers or trim of other than those manufactured by Belwith and
designated for use with the applicable locks, latches, or SecuRemote
technology products.
