PCB-to-Wire Connector
General
GT101 Series is 2-Piece Type, 1.0mm Pitch, PCB to Wire Connector.
GT101 Series is a Low Profile Connector with 1.55mm Height (1.0mm when PCB
installed), 9.85mm width capable of high density installation.
GT101 Series is used as internal circuit connector of electrical home appliance such as
LCD Monitor, LCD Module.
PCB Layout
EMI Prevention Effect
Pin Header and outer part of Housing is shielded with metallic material which enables
excellent EMI prevention effect.
Ground Plate
Ground Plate of the Receptacle is connected with PCB enabling excellent Ground
effect.
High Temperature Resistant Material
Insulator is manufactured with Nylon 46 maintaining stable contact and preventing
transformation on high temperature when installing SMT.
Wrong Insertion Preventive Structure
GT101 Series has wrong insertion preventive structure added both on left and right to
prevent up and down wrong insertion that causes the machine damage.
Low Profile
As an Off Set Type Connector, when installed in PCB, high
Mating With
density installation is capable with 1.0mm Height making the
set smaller and lighter.
Emboss Packing for Automatic Installation
Emboss Carrier Tape is packed for full automatic SMT
installation.
