1. Back Removal
Remove pins attaching the Back to Flex Frame.

2. Seat Cushion & Arm Pad Removal
Phillips Screwdriver
Standard Hex Key Set

Using Torx/Flat Srewdriver remove screws
and release cushion & arm pad.

Remove pins from Seat Support Housing and
remove Seat Shell.

Remove pins and release frame support.

6. Housing, Base & Cylinder Removal
Pliers
Hammer
Standard Hex Key Set
Aluminum
Aluminum
Remove Gas cylinder from housing and base
as shown. Remove casters from base and
place all in respective materials bin.
Note: Use care when handling the Gas cylinder. Avoid
direct application of force using hammer, as it may
damage the cylinder.
