hotel groups, and Gondola, Prezzo, D&D, Nandos and Wagamama restaurant groups. Craster is also a supplier to The Royal Household.
What’s new in 2011...
Our product range has evolved and expanded significantly over the past 12 months with new product launches in each of our core categories.
For the Bedroom and Bathroom we have launched two completely new ranges. Firstly a set of beautifully hand-polished 18/8 stainless steel
pieces. And secondly a range of hand stitched leather accessories.
In the Restaurant we have developed several ranges of food presentation boards, each distinctive in function, wood type and style – these
include a range of organically shaped walnut canapé plinths, a set of oak patisserie riser blocks and a collection of modern bistro boards.
Our Room Service offering has been enhanced with the addition of a new walnut restocking trolley. It is built to withstand the rigours of back
of house usage and designed to present itself in front of guests.
We have seen significant success with the launch of a range of unique oiled oak fresh produce stands and boxes for Contract Caterers.
Finally, we are delighted to launch Craster’s new, superbly versatile Flexible Buffet Table system for Conference and Banqueting. This
intelligently engineered table system comprises a modular range of table heights and footprints that allow easy assembly, disassembly and
compact storage.
Custom Product Design - Case Study
Our design service continues to grow and evolve. Craster recently worked with the marketing and procurement team of the informal Italian
dining concept, Zizzi Restaurants, on the development of a new range of food presentation boards. Part of the brief was to design a modern
organic platter shape for presentation of their new Calzone dish. Our design team spent time with the client and on location to understand
the cultural aesthetics and functionality required for this new product. Through successive iterations the product evolved into its final form: a
very natural, sculpted, oiled oak plate that perfectly serves the calzone.

Craster Tea Boxes are hand made with a similar construction to that
of traditional Japanese bento boxes. The tea box can be traced as far
back as 1568 in Japan and refers to an elaborately lacquered high
gloss box that was originally for patrons of the theatre to eat between
scenes.

A solid oak three tier trolley with rising flaps which provides a
flexible mobile presentation. Features include: large rising flaps
that double the presentation area for areas in which there is
little presentation space; 150mm diameter easy glide castors;
discreet rubber bumper. Available in Natural Oak Wenge Finish
and Walnut.
A highly durable, modern butchers trolley made from solid oak.
Features include slow close utility drawer, stainless steel handles,

New to 2011 is Craster’s Flexible Buffet Table range. The system is comprised of folding table leg
frames, removable table tops, and three types of caddy designed for compact storage and protection
of the tables . The range is designed to allow conference and banqueting staff to respond rapidly to
client requests. The legs are available in both stainless steel and ebonized solid oak. The table tops
are available in clear and frosted tempered glass, as well as oak veneered ply and high pressure
laminate (HPL).
