AIR ASSIST FLARE SYSTEM
The Steffes Air Assist Flare provides a smokeless combustion by
burning low pressure gas over a wide range of flow rates. Low
pressure gas is mixed with air from a variable speed fan to provide
a clean burn. Various model options are available.
FLARE CONTROLLER
The Steffes Flare Controller is an innovative, high quality ignition and
monitoring system that provides high reliability and performance
for your locations. The dual voltage controller makes installation
easy, while providing the features needed for dependable and
reliable performance, even when grid power is unavailable.
FLARE PILOT MONITOR
The Steffes Flare Pilot Monitor is a leading indicator of the pilots
status by a red and green light. It has the ability to connect to a data
logger and is displayed for your operating convenience. It also has
a 360° rotating solar panel.
METHANOL DOSING SYSTEM
The Steffes Methanol Dosing System is designed to make daily
methanol dosing of gas lines for freeze prevention, simple, safe,
and cost effective. It can deliver methanol into multiple gas lines at
operator desired daily delivery rates.

PRESSURE REGULATING BLOWER
The Steffes Pressure Regulating Blower is a solution for handling
back pressure issues on site. Operators are able to set and hold
pressure at a desired rate with the integrated controller. It will
help you monitor upstream pressure and minimize thief hatch
leaking issues.
TREATER & SEPARATING SYSTEMS
Steffes Treater and Separating systems are high quality and easy
to install. These products can be purchased as pre-assembled
systems or separately. We offer: treater vessels, two-phase
separators, manifolds, skids, insulated houses and complete

Steffes Secondary Containment Systems are post or post-less

REGULATING BLOWER
If you are having tank vapor pressure issues, the Steffes Pressure Regulating Blower the solution
to your problem.
Features:
The Steffes Pressure Regulating Blower was designed to monitor upstream pressure. It will hold a
set pressure by adjusting the variable speed drive at the controller.
If the back pressure in your line is causing the thief hatches to leak, you can set the system to hold
tank pressures between 1-3 OSA. The controller will vary the RPM’s of the motor until a steady
state is reached. If an issue arises, the Pressure Regulating Blower has safeguards to shut down
the motor.

The Steffes Methanol Dosing System (MDS) is designed to make daily methanol dosing of gas
lines for freeze prevention, simple, safe, and cost effective. It can deliver methanol into multiple
gas lines at operator desired daily delivery rates. The system will inject the proper amount of
methanol daily, at lower levels, rather than periodic slugging with very large doses, after some
freezing has taken place. The Steffes Methanol Dosing System will reduce site maintenance, and
