Hotel Information
SGS has single rooms, double rooms and rooms with four beds. All rooms are
equipped with shower, WC and TV. You have access to a common kitchen where you
can cook your own meals. Linen as well as cleaning at the departure of your stay is
included in the price. All guests have access to a laundry room. Due to the location
with many stairs SGS are unfortunately not able to offer appropriate accommodation
to disabled people. SGS is not a hotel and thus they do not offer any hotel services.

accommodation for all the family. The quiet, tranquil atmosphere here will make you

metres from Kungsportsavenyn in the heart of the city. There are plenty of shops and

A large modern newly renovated hotel. The hotel comprises a total of 353. The hotel
offer rooms especially suited to allergic needs. Wireless internet connection is
available in all public areas as well as at the rooms. Recently the hotel has built a new
relax department where you can find a Jacuzzi, sauna, gym, and solarium. The a la
carte restaurant seats 150 persons.

Panorama is a high standard hotel with 339 rooms. The hotel is situated just a ten
minute walk from the main street the Kungsportsavenyn. All rooms are non smoking
rooms. The hotel offer facilities such as an excellent restaurant, internet connection
and a well renowned City Spa.
Hotel cancellation policy:
Cancellation of hotel reservation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex
Sweden AB.
- Cancellation of any hotel nights reserved will be accepted until May 15, 2011 and
the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of SEK 250.
- For cancellation received after May 15 but before June 3, 2011 the hotel prepayment, less one nights' accommodation, will be refunded.
- Should you cancel your reservation after June 3, 2011 or if you arrive later or leave
earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation
amount will be charged and no refunds can be made, as the hotel will charge no-show
costs. If your reservation goes to no show i.e. you never cancelled or arrived at the
hotel you will be charged for the total amount of your accommodation.
All refunds will be made after the congress. Full hotel pre-payment is required to
guarantee your hotel reservation.
No room can be guaranteed until Congrex Sweden AB has received your hotel prepayment.
If your preferred hotel doesn't appear in the list below it's fully booked.
The prices above are in SEK, per room per night and include VAT and breakfast.
