We are an experienced, modern manufacturer of Office, Residential, Healthcare and Educational furniture for the commercial market. Designing and manufacturing quality, stylish products from simple
panels to fully assembled furniture we are trusted by installers, resellers and public organisations
throughout the UK.
We have a trained, quality focused workforce operating modern CNC machinery in a purpose built
factory in the south east of England. Specialising in efficient manufacturing that reduces the cost and
environmental impact of our products which passes great savings to our customers. Operating on a
low cost, high volume basis we are able to supply wholesale quantities to furniture resellers and installers as well as government departments and higher education establishments. We have realistic
minimum order quantities –this means that customers with relatively small requirements can benefit
from buying directly from a manufacturer. A commitment to quality lies at the heart of our fabrication
process. Many of our products have been designed to exceed British standards and utilise high
specification materials and internal components.
Our production is managed by a bespoke MRP system that optimises our machining process and
also implements a high level of quality control. The in house Technical team are there to assist with
CAD product design to achieve your desired results and we also offer a 3D rendering service to enable you to visualise the project before production.
We have the facilities to pack, label and ship products to customer specific requirements. Finished
product is shipped on our own fleet of vehicles with our own drivers ensuring correct handling of product from raw material to delivery.

E:1 Introduction
E:1 Range
The E:1 educational range of furniture offers an attractive, modern look designed to withstand the busy classroom environment. Each unit is a solid construction of 18mm MFC in a choice of maple, white or light grey finishes. The range comes in
a choice of contemporary coloured 2mm PVC edging and Gratnell tray options specifically chosen with colour psychology in mind, and how various colours impact on mood and behaviour.
Lime Green: Very soothing with anti stress qualities.
Promotes an even, steady heart rhythm and harmony.
Pale Blue: Proven that people are more productive
around blue. Balance for over-activity.
Pale Yellow: Used with blue is good for mental
stimulation and growth in children.
Tropical Orange: A very warming colour. Social and
gregarious. Helps relieve tension.
All colour options shown on Page 13.
The designs include child friendly rounded corners and the mobile units are mounted on 65mm diameter twin wheeled
lockable castors. The shaped handles are zinc alloy and powder coated to match the edging and tray options available.

E:1 store units are available in four different styles and are designed as static storage with a caddy bay underneath for
two caddy units (not included).
The units come in two heights and all include an inset top well that can house up to three trays (not included). There is a
basic low store unit that is literally just a caddy bay, but there are three higher units that include tray, open shelf and cupboard storage options above the caddy bay.
The shelves are adjustable height and 25mm thick MFC to prevent bowing when loaded. Cupboard doors are inset and
mounted on quality hinges. These also include the attractive handles that are colour matched to the vibrant tray and edging options.

The mobile caddy units come in four designs that can be wheeled neatly underneath any store unit. With stylish rounded
corners and smooth running, lockable castors, they are safe and easy for children to pull around to the desired location in
class. Available in four designs to accommodate a variety of resources, toy storage and book display.

We have a large selection of mobile units all at the same height carcase on strong, lockable castors. These units match
the height of the low store unit, and all include the top well that accepts further trays and the child friendly rounded corners.
The designs can accommodate a vast array of classroom resources and include options with multi trays, cupboard and
shelf, large drawers to accept art work up to A1, as well as various book storing arrangements. All available in solid
18mm MFC with 25mm shelves and in your chosen E:1 colour option.

The cube is a building block for you to create your own storage solution. Each cube comes with fixing points on each
face which enable them to be used in a variety of storage formations.
Choose your coloured edging from blue, green, yellow and orange to create your own vibrant storage area. Each cube
is large enough to accommodate a transparent jumbo tray (not included).

The E:1 cupboards continue with the same height and rounded side panels as the Store units allowing a uniform run of
storage options. One design offers three sturdy 25mm adjustable height shelves. The other includes one shelf, 16 shallow
trays and book storage sections. Both have inset doors on quality hinges with attractive zinc alloy handles to match your
chosen edging and tray colours.

Our Cloakroom furniture offers a selection of benches with the E: 1 child friendly curves and colourful edging detail. There
are options of single or double sided freestanding units and a double sided mobile unit on lockable castors. Each unit includes very durable light grey hooks and plenty of shoe or bag storage underneath the seating area.

Fabritec furniture also offer the E:2 educational furniture range. A more traditional design available in four MFC decors
with matching PVC edging. Each unit is a solid construction of 18mm MFC and based around the renowned Gratnells tray
fittings. Units with doors include small bow handles and quality hinges with safety shields to protect children’s fingers.
Lockable castors are used providing adaptability within the busy environment, and some items are available with whiteboard backs.

Fabritec furniture also offer a variety of tables and chairs for the classroom. The tables are created with a robust crushed
metal frame and 25mm square leg system that is longer on one side, enabling you to stack them with ease. The frames
are manufactured from 1.5mm gauge steel and are Epoxy powder coated to give maximum life. We supply 18mm thick
laminated MDF work tops with the choice of MDF bull nosed edge, PVC edging or Pu edge.

They are moulded to the shape of a comfortable sitting position giving you the correct body posture.

quote reference number must be stated on your purchase order, to ensure that it is processed efficiently and to the prices you are expecting.
An order receipt email will be sent to you when your purchase order has been issued an estimated
completion date. You can expect this within 3-4 days of placing the order. A full order confirmation
will be emailed as soon as it has been processed on our system. This will include a full product
breakdown with prices, as well as the finalised date your order will be available for delivery or collection. All prices are Ex-works but we offer free delivery when we are in your area. Please enquire regarding delivery and additional costs.
Please check confirmations carefully - checking correct products have been raised and prices are
correct. Credit will not be issued if written notice of discrepancies has not been received within 5
working days of the date of the confirmation.

Located on the Isle of Sheppey in the South East of England we have the facilities to pack, label and
ship our products to customers via our own fleet of vehicles.
All products are priced as Ex works, but we offer a free delivery service when we are in your area,
with regular routes around the M25. Our lead times are generally 3-4 weeks from order to completed product. For smaller orders that are required prior to us delivering in your area a carrier service
can be provided that is charged per pallet. Another option is for you to arrange collection from our
factory.
All furniture is delivered bulk wrapped on pallets and includes transit protection. For individually boxed
packaging requests there will be a surcharge on the brochure prices.
For large projects we can arrange dedicated direct deliveries. Please enquire when ordering.

Fabritec Furniture Ltd Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. General
(a) Fabritec Furniture Ltd, put forward all quotations and accept all orders subject only to the terms and conditions which follow and to the exclusion of all other guarantees, conditions and warranties (including any
as to quality and fitness for any particular purpose) whether express or implied by statute or common law or otherwise. In the event of a purchaser’s order containing conditions such conditions are only binding
insofar as they are note inconsistent with Fabritec Furniture’s terms and conditions.
(b) No additions to or variations from Fabritec Furniture Ltd acknowledged price or terms and conditions shall have effect unless such variation or addition is expressly accepted by Fabritec Furniture Ltd in writing
under the hand of a Director. Fabritec Furniture Ltd employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations unless confirmed by a director of the company in writing. On entering into a Contract the
Buyer acknowledges that it does not rely on and waives any claim for breach of any such representations which are not so confirmed.
(c) Catalogues, price list and other advertising matter shall not form part of any contract between Fabritec Furniture Ltd and the purchaser. Any typographical clerical or other error, or error of omission in any sales
literature, quotations, price list or any other document or information issued by Fabritec Furniture Ltd shall not be binding on Fabritec Furniture Ltd and shall be subject to correction without liability to the vendor.
(d) No claims for loss or damage to goods, materials and purchaser’s property, claim for bad workmanship (save as set out below) or clams for goods invoiced by not received will be considered unless Fabritec
Furniture Ltd is advised in writing within 3 days from the date of final invoice. In the event that a purchaser fails to give the appropriate notice and does not notify Fabritec Furniture Ltd in writing within the
specified three day period, the purchaser’s claim will deem to have been waived and will be absolutely barred.
(e) Fabritec Furniture Ltd furniture is guaranteed for a period of one year against any defects resulting from faulty materials or workmanship, provided that
i) The goods have not been subjected to any unauthorised repair or misused, abused or altered in any way whatsoever.
ii) The goods have been properly installed, connected and assembled (if such works were not carried out by Fabritec Furniture Ltd).
iii) Any fault or defect is notified in writing with three days of becoming evident.
iv) Fabritec Furniture Ltd shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage or working environment, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s or
vendor’s instructions whether oral or in writing.
v) Fabritec Furniture Ltd shall be under no liability with regard to any warranty or guarantee if the total price of the goods was not paid by the due payment date.
vi) Subject as expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions and except where the Goods are sold to a person dealing as a consumer (within the meaning of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977) All warranties, conditions or other terms implied by stature or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
2. Quotations
Orders placed upon a quotation which has not been previously withdrawn are subject to confirmation that Fabritec Furniture Ltd accept the same. Unless otherwise stated all prices quoted are deemed to be exclusive of VAT. Fabritec Furniture Ltd reserve without liability, the right to at any time, reduce or withdraw discount terms and /or credit account facilities without notice, reference or explanation to the Buyer.
3. Prices.
Fabritec Furniture Ltd shall endeavour to maintain prices quoted and/or detailed on their order acknowledgement, but must reserve the right to increase quoted prices according to any increases in costs which take
effect between acceptance and delivery/completion of the order or that part of the order remaining undelivered/incomplete at the tie of such increase. In their event that the quoted price includes elements of work in
relation to which Fabritec Furniture Ltd have been unable to whatever reason to carry out a site survey or in the event that Fabritec Furniture Ltd are required to carry out additional work not detailed in the original
quotation, Fabritec Furniture Ltd reserve the right to amend the quoted price accordingly.
4. Terms of Payment
Payment shall be made to us at the time and in the manner stated in our quotation or if no such time and manner are stated then within 30 days of the date of our invoice. In all cases their prices we quote are strictly
net. In the event of non- payment within these terms we reserve the right to charge 2.5% per calendar month on all outstanding accounts. Discounts offered, are subject to payment within our terms. If payment is
withheld due to dissatisfaction with any goods or services supplied. We reserve the right to charge 10% interest per calendar month (calculated on a daily basis) on any amount withheld in excess of the invoiced
value of the specific goods or services in dispute. The Buyer shall not be entitled to withhold payment as a result of any claim it may have against Fabritec Furniture Ltd.
5. Delivery/Completion
Fabritec Furniture Ltd will use its best endeavours to deliver/complete promptly but Fabritec Furniture Ltd shall be under no liability whatsoever to delays in estimated delivery/completion times or failure to deliver/
complete from any cause, nor for any loss or damage arising there from. Fabritec Furniture Ltd reserve the right to make partial delivery or deliveries by instalments and to invoice for such deliveries as are made.
In no event will Fabritec Furniture Ltd be liable for any action of the purchaser’s employees assisting in delivery. The purchaser will indemnity Fabritec Furniture Ltd against all claims proceedings, demands and
costs arising there from.
6. Ownership Of Goods
(a) The title and property in all goods and materials supplied by Fabritec Furniture Ltd does not pass until payment in full (for all goods whatsoever supplied) has been received therefore by Fabritec Furniture Ltd
and risk in respect of such goods passes to the purchaser from the moment of delivery to the purchaser’s nominated location.
(b) Until title in goods passes, the purchaser shall hold the goods as bailee for Fabritec Furniture Ltd. These goods must be stored separately from all other goods, and be clearly marked as being the property of
Fabritec Furniture Ltd.
(c) If payment of account is overdue (time being of the essence) or the purchaser becomes insolvent, commences winding up procedures, commits and act of bankruptcy or has a Receiver or Administrator appointed, Fabritec Furniture Ltd may immediately reclaim the goods, if necessary by entering any premises owned or occupied by the purchaser.
(d) If the purchaser sells the goods before title to these goods passes to him the sale shall be made by the purchaser as fiduciary agent on behalf of Fabritec Furniture Ltd. The monies due to Fabritec Furniture Ltd
for payment of goods from such sale must be kept separate to other monies and be clearly donated as monies held in trust on behalf of Fabritec Furniture Ltd. Regardless of such agency the purchaser has no right to
bind Fabritec Furniture and shall, as, between the purchaser and his customers, act as principal.
7. Exclusions
Liability is expressly excluded in regard to equipment not manufactured by Fabritec Furniture Ltd or procured on behalf of the purchaser from a specialist supplier except to the extent that any benefits is obtainable
from the written guarantee of such a supplier or enforceable by Fabritec Furniture Ltd without legal or other expenses whatsoever and the benefit obtained shall be passed in full to the purchaser. If goods are to be
manufactured or provided in accordance with a design/specification provided by the purchaser, the purchaser shall indemnify Fabritec Furniture Ltd against all loss, damage, costs and expenses in connection with
same. Fabritec Furniture Ltd shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the goods or lack of fitness for purpose arising from any drawing, design or specification supplied by the Buyer.
8. Cancellation/Delay
Orders cannot be cancelled except with Fabritec Furniture Ltd consent and on terms, which will indemnify Fabritec Furniture Ltd against all loss. If a purchaser extends or delays a contract or part thereof or fails to
accept delivery of any goods at the time agreed, or when notified that the goods are available to be delivered, then the purchaser will be liable for any and all losses incurred by Fabritec Furniture Ltd, including
disruption, loss of profit, storage costs, additional transport and handling costs, resulting from the purchaser’s actions. If a purchaser delays delivery of any goods by in excess of fourteen days from the date agreed,
or when notified that the goods are available to be delivered the goods will be invoiced and payment in full expected thirty days thereafter. For the avoidance of doubt, once delivered, goods cannot be cancelled.
9. Force Majeure
Fabritec Furniture Ltd is unable to perform any part of the contract for a reason of force majeure or any other reason outside their reasonable control, Fabritec Furniture Ltd shall be entitled to charge the purchaser
for any additional time, cost or expense incurred as a result thereof and where Fabritec Furniture Ltd is unable to perform any part of the contract for any such reason for a period of more than one week. Fabritec
Furniture Ltd shall be entitled to postpone its performance of the contract until such time as it is reasonably able to recommence the contract.
10. Termination
In the event that the purchaser fails to observe or perform any of their obligations under the terms of the contract, Fabritec Furniture Ltd reserve the right to terminate the contract immediately by service of written
notice of termination to the purchaser.
11. Consequential Loss
Fabritec Furniture Ltd shall not be liable to the purchaser by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the Contract,
for any consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (an whether caused by the negligence of Fabritec Furniture
Ltd its employees or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the goods or their use or resale by the purchaser, except as expressly provided in these conditions.
12. Third Party Claims
If any claim is made against the purchaser that the goods or services infringe or that their use. Resale or provision infringes the patent, copyright, design, trade mark or other industrial or intellectual property rights
of any other person, any liability of Fabritec Furniture Ltd to the purchaser shall be subject to Fabritec Furniture Ltd being given full control of any proceedings or negotiations in connection with any such claim
including the payment or settlement thereof..
13. Expertise
The Purchaser hereby undertakes not to offer employment to or to employ or otherwise contract either directly or through a third party for the services of any existing employee of Fabritec Furniture Ltd or any
former employee of Fabritec Furniture Ltd, who has been an employee with the six months prior to being offered the employment or arrangement whereby the former employee of Fabritec Furniture Ltd would
provide service to or for the Purchaser, without first obtaining the consent of Fabritec Furniture Ltd whether or not such employee has worked or served directly the needs of the Purchaser whilst he or she was an
employee of Fabritec Furniture Ltd. If the Purchaser breaches the preceding provision Fabritec Furniture Ltd shall be entitled to demand and be aid liquidated damages by the Purchaser in a sum equivalent to one
year’s gross salary of the employee concerned (being the employee’s gross salary immediately prior to termination of employment) which sum is accepted by Fabritec Furniture Ltd and the Purchaser as being a
reasonable estimate of the loss that will be suffered by Fabritec Furniture Ltd in respect of the training of the employee and the disruption of Fabritec Furniture Ltd ongoing performance.
14. Dispute Procedure
In the event of any dispute such dispute shall be settled by an independent arbitrator acceptable to both parties, or failing such agreement, by an arbitrator independent arbitrator acceptable to both parties, or failing
such agreement, by any arbitrator appointed by The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. The arbitrator’s fees shall be paid equally by both parties unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator, and their decision
shall be final and binding.
15. Rights
Failure by Fabritec Furniture Ltd to enforce any of the contract terms cannot be construed as a waiver of any of its rights under this contract. No waiver by Fabritec Furniture Ltd or any breach of the Contract by the
Buyer shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
If any provision of these conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Conditions and the remainder of the provision in
question shall not be affected thereby.
16. Governing Law
All Fabritec Furniture Ltd quotations shall be put forward and made in England and shall in all respects be construed and operated under English Law.
