THIS IS MISSOURI PBL!
Greetings Missouri Phi Beta Lambda!
I am so excited to serve as your state president this year.
Being a member of this organization will not only help you
improve your leadership ability, but help you create friendships that will last a lifetime. Those of you who attended and
competed at NLC, congratulations! You all did a fantastic
job. It was extremely exciting to watch so many of you walk
across that stage. This year, Missouri PBL had 35 top-10

You may log back in and view this invoice, as well as all past invoices under
the same email address. You may pay this invoice online via credit card. If
you pay by check, you will receive notice when payment has been received.
CATEGORY 4: REPORTS, CASE STUDY EVENTS & FBL
If you make a change to your registration after completing a payment form,
you will need to dispute your invoice only so that updates can be made.
Please refrain from completing payment until you are sure your registration is
complete and correct.
LATE PAYMENTS
Please be aware of the policy for cutting checks at your school, as the deadlines for all 2015-16 Missouri FBLA-PBL conferences are listed in advance.
Missouri FBLA-PBL will impose late fees if payment is not received on time,
K
KKŠ
?
payments must be received by the stated deadline.
• Payment not received by the deadline is subject to a $25 late fee
• Payment not received by conference date is subject to an additional $35
fee and cancellation of your conference registration
CHANGES/SUBSTITUTIONS/REFUNDS
You may submit changes for DLC and SLC using the online registration system. After the system closes, please complete the appropriate change form.
There are no charges for these changes.
Because competitive events are important and the failure of an individual to
compete means that another student has missed out on the opportunity, a
$20 cancellation fee will be imposed at SLC for drops after the cancellation
deadline. A no-show at SLC will result in the same $20 cancellation fee.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION DATES
Failure to meet conference registration dates may result in your members not
being eligible to compete. Please check the calendar of events for important
deadlines. There is no on-site registration for Missouri FBLA-PBL conferences.
Each chapter may have one entry in this category. Only the top (1) one
winner from each district will automatically advance. At DLC and SLC, the
top eight (8) entries based on the prejudged/test score will present:
• Banking & Financial
• Global Business

Systems

• Website Design
• Future Business Leader
Decision Making
A DLC that has more than 10 entries in Job Interview will use the
rubric for submitted materials to determine the top eight (8) to perform.
Additionally, the next 5 top scores statewide on the above events with
tests statewide that did not qualify automatically will receive at-large
entries to SLC.
CATEGORY 5: STRAIGHT TO STATE

offered at) DLC in order to compete at SLC. Each chapter may submit one
entry in:
