villa which combines traditional Ibicenco architecture with
the finest collection of sacred art and vintage nordic designer

The house has a spacious living area and dining room which accommodates up to fourteen people. There are six bedrooms in total, four of which have private entrances and
adjoining terraces.

Akasha Heritage is located in the exclusive undeveloped area near
to SHA
the beaches of Cala Jondal and Es Cubells, only minutes away from
the world renowned Blue Marlin and Tropicana beach clubs. Designed
around a central ecological theme, this unique villa blends seamlessly
into the eight hundred thousand square metres of protected forest and
boasts both awe-inspiring views to the sea and spectacular sunsets over
the nearby mountains.

The property provides a perfect retreat for those seeking a private and
secluded get-away yet is within easy reach of the the vibrant charm of
Ibiza’s old town and the nightlife hub of Playa Den Bossa. It is situated
in the middle of a nature reserve and is not overlooked by any other
property, providing guests with complete privacy and unspoilt views
across the Ibizan countryside.

Water edition
The decor of Akasha Heritage is transformed with
the changing seasons. During Spring, Summer and
Autumn the villa is presented in ‘Water’ edition;
dressed completely in white including curtains,
lounge beds, pillows, cushions and blankets. A perfect complement to the gently soothing sound of
water from the fountains.

personal wellbeing activities. The architecture, the furniture, the decor and the natural

The twenty two metre salt water swimming pool at Akasha Heritage was inspired
by designs from the world’s leading pool architects to the highest specification. Featuring white slate on the outside and green mosaic inside, it mirrors
the evolving colours of the sky above. At night it is illuminated by a bespoke
lighting system which provides a special ambience as the sun sets. Solar energy
provides the warmth for late season swimming.

Fire edition
During late Autumn, Winter and early Spring the
property is presented in Fire Edition. The decor is
transformed both internally and externally to bring
warmth to both the eye and body and to remain
in sync with the natural beauty of the surrounding
countryside. Olive greens and sandy browns are
combined with candlelight, open fireplaces and
underfloor heating to create a warm and welcoming
atmosphere which lends itself to healing or retreating
at all times of the year. Enjoying an invigorating
walk through the country to the nearby sea is made
all the more pleasurable knowing that the homely
glow of Akasha Heritage awaits you upon your
return.
Our staff are on hand to organise bonfires and light
the villa with candles at night time. Fresh mint tea
is served using locally grown mint and fresh spring
water from the grounds of the property.

Akasha Heritage was designed using the principles of sacred
geometry in order to ensure that the entire property is in perfect alignment with energetic principles. Many crystals have
been hidden throughout the villa and buried in the land, which
add to the gentle vibrational energy of the space.

Akasha Heritage
Ibiza, often referred to as la isla blanca or the white island, is by far the
most beautiful of the three Balearic Islands. Ibiza town (Eivissa Vila in
Catalan) is one of Europe’s oldest towns, part of which is a UNESCO
designated World Heritage site, and was founded by the Carthaginians
in 654 BC.
Along with Formentera it forms the Pitiuses (Pine Islands) and is split
into five municipalities Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, Santa Eulària des Riu,
Sant Antoni de Portmany, Sant Antoni de Portmany and Eivissa, each
with its own personality and character.
