Visitsa
A village of unique beauty amazes every visitor with its
traditional architecture. The whole village is crossed by
paved paths and has a lot of lovely churches. Among the
churches worth to visit are the Monastery of Agios Ioannis
and the chapel of Zoodochos Pighi, both built in the 18th
century. In the middle of the village, there is a fountain and
a huge plane tree, which covers the whole square with its
long branches. Enjoy your coffee under this old tree and
take a view of the great landscape that will surround you.

From Volos - Drive towards Volos-Argalasti avenue until you reach Kala Nera town. Take turn left towards Milies-Visitsa. Follow the signs to Visitsa
From Athens - Take Route E-75 towards Lamia and drive for 307 km. Take exit Velestino onto route 6/E92 towards Volos.Continue straight onto
Grigoriou Lambraki avenue. Drive towards Volos-Argalasti avenue until you reach Kala Nera town. Take turn left towards Milies-Visitsa. Follow the
signs to Visitsa.
From Thessaloniki - Take Route E-75 towards Athens and drive for 181 km. Take exit Velestino onto route 6/E92 towards Volos.Continue straight
onto Grigoriou Lambraki avenue. Drive towards Volos-Argalasti avenue until you reach Kala Nera town. Take turn left towards Milies-Visitsa. Follow
the signs to Visitsa.
