Golf Courses are located near the Sea Mist Resort providing a
short travel time to each golf course.
Short travel time to each golf courses will afford more warm-up
and practice time before each round of golf. Remember, the range
balls are included in the package.
Cars can be rented at the airport 24-hours per day. The airport is
approximately three miles from the Resort.
The Atlantic Ocean and Resort Facilities are also available for
your enjoyment.

Yaupon Townhouse
Four room, two-bath apartment laid out over two stories.
The upstairs includes two bedrooms, one with two double
beds and one with one double bed and one bath. The
downstairs includes a living room with a pull down wall
bed, a kitchen and a bath. The Yaupon Townhouse is located two short blocks from the ocean. A dishwasher is
included. The Yaupon Townhouse is appropriate for multiple families staying together. Smoking Permitted.
Four golfers will be assigned to each townhouse. The pull
-down bed in the family room has a downstairs bathroom
and a television. The bedroom with one bed (no television) and the bedroom with two beds (with a television)
share an upstairs bathroom.
After four golfers are assigned to a townhouse, they will
decide the sleeping arrangements.

Golf Trip Checklist

Sea Mist Resort Golf Package Deposit of $100.00 due no later than November 30,
2010 to TriCity Golfers Charities of Central Florida, Inc. This non-refundable deposit
holds a place for each participant.

Bus Transportation Deposit of $100.00 due no later than February 15, 2011 to
TriCity Golfers Charities of Central Florida, Inc. This non-refundable deposit holds a
seat for each participant for round-trip chartered bus service from Orlando, Florida to
Myrtle Beach South Carolina.

Final Bus Transportation Payment of $100.00 due no later than March 15, 2011 to
TriCity golfers Charities of Central Florida, Inc. This final payment provides each
participant a seat on a spacious 56-passenger chartered bus with restrooms, TV-DVD,
and CD stereo-sound.

The Bus will depart at 5:00am, Wednesday, May 4, 2011 from Meadow Woods
Middle School, 1800 Rhode Island Woods Circle, Orlando, Florida. You may leave
your automobile on the school campus in a lighted parking-lot with Sonitrol Video/
Sound Security for the duration of the trip.

Final Seam Mist Resort Golf Package Payment of $262.00 will be due upon arrival
at Sea Mist Resort on Wednesday, May 4, 2011.

Some participants may choose to play a round of golf when we arrive Wednesday
afternoon at their own expense.. A course will be selected and arrangements will be
made during the trip to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday morning, a round of golf will be played at a
Four-Star Golf Course (see the itinerary). The price of the morning golf is included in
the Golf Package. The Golf Package also includes 4-golfers sharing a townhouse for
three-nights. In addition to the shared townhouse, the Golf Package includes 147-Item
breakfast buffet each morning from 6:00am to 7:00am, and a free steak dinner on Sea
Mist Resort property (recommended for Thursday, night, May 5, 2010 with fellow
golfers).

On Thursday and Friday after noon, participants may choose to play a second
round of golf (a replay for $25.00 to $30.00 per round has been arranged). For
participants who choose not to play a second round of golf, the bus will shuttle you back
to the Resort for an afternoon of relaxation. We will return to Orlando, Florida after
playing golf on Saturday morning, May 7, 2011.
