TheVenue
The newly renovated Historic Napa Valley Opera House features a versatile space
to accommodate various sized groups and events. Complete with beautiful high
ceilings, a fabulous stage, a State-of-the-Art Meyer Sound system, an enchanting
balcony and built-in bar, the Venue combines old world charm with urban chicness.
The Venue can accommodate up to 200 guests for a Seated Dinner, 180 guests
for a Seated Dinner with Dancing, and up to 300 for a Cocktail Reception.
Weddings
AT CITY WINERY
Located in the Historic Napa Valley Opera House, City Winery blends
old world magnificence with the chicness of an unban space. We can
accommodate small, intimate gatherings of 20 to 50 of your closest
loved ones, as well as larger events of 100 to 250 guests. Your wedding
promises to be a memorable evening of food, fun, wine and music!
We are a unique event space that provides many services
in-house, including all food and beverage, staffing, tables, chairs, linens
and our state of the art sound system. We have presented hundreds of
beautifuful weddings and are professionals at customizing your special
day. Our events team will work with you every step of the way alongside
any outside vendors that you are working with.
The Private
Dining Room
Located on our second floor, accessible
by elevator, you will be taken to our
Private Dining Room by way of
exclusive backstage access.
The Private Dining Room provides an
intimate space for your group’s event, complete
with a balcony overlooking the Napa River.
There is a large plasma TV screen which
can be used for presentations.
The private room can accommodate 30 guests
for seated dinners with space for a
standing cocktail reception.
The private room and balcony can accommodate
up to 50 guests for seated dinners and 70
guests for standing cocktail receptions.
The
Restaurant
& Patio
The main restaurant and bar area, known
as the Tap Room, is typically open to the
public for lunch and dinner service on a
daily basis. This space is available to rent
in combination with the Venue and/or Patio
or as an individual event space. Our Patio is
located on the same level as the main restaurant
with a great view of the Napa River. Decorated
with colorful bistro lights it’s the perfect space for
daytime or evening events.
The Restaurant and Tap Room can
accommodate up to 70 guests seated and
150 guests for standing receptions. The Patio can
accommodate up to 40 guests seated
and 55 guests for standing receptions.
