Network Rail was the first occupier of
Prologis Park Ryton, taking possession of
its purpose built distribution centre in March
2013. As planning consent was already
in place the building could be delivered
within the tight timeframe that Network
Rail required. This low carbon building now
serves a key hub within Network Rails
national parts logistics operation.

Ryton. The building was ideally suited to
their needs, with the location providing such
close proximity to JLR’s UK headquarters in
Whitley in addition to being within easy

is now home to JLR’s Special Vehicle
Operations Technical Centre.

Hi Logistics, a specialist logistics subsidiary of LG
Electronics, has took possession of their first UK
logistics facility in the UK at Prologis Park Ryton. This
was the first building to be leased by Prologis under our
build to suit five year lease initiative. The building was
delivered on time and to Hi Logistics specific operational
requirements.
