The G.T.X. (Grand Touring X-Wedge) is a stretched ProStreet of a bagger-type motorcycle. The proprietary and patented design engineering has
the position of the passenger sitting in front of the rear wheel and inside the chassis along with the rider. This seating position places more weight
in the center of the vehicle to produce better handling and comfort for both the operator and passenger. Dual fuel tanks, large volume composite
storage bags are purposefully designed with the motorcycle, and its innovative downtube shroud completes the motorcycle’s front lines. The G.T.X.

It’s a paradox to think that a highly artful motorcycle can perform so well, be so comfortable and so reliable. It’s usually a contradiction in the
motorcycle world. We do not believe in compromising. We call it Paradox. It’s one of the first production motorcycle to roll with large diameter

Our Venom Chopper has been the flagship model for Big Bear
Choppers for years. This motorcycle boasts an American chopper
attitude with simple, flowing lines. The aesthetic power in this chopper
lies in the artistic, seamless design; nothing under or over stated.
The large diameter single radius downtube and the famous arched swingarm gives the Venom Series motorcycles a brand-distinctive character and
trademark recognition, when seen scooting down the road. She has a low seat height and pullback handlebars, making her comfortable for most
types of riders. Not needing to keep up with the rear tire size race, the 250 rear tire is big enough to accomplish the custom look with minimal

All frames are designed and manufactured in our Southern California
based San Bernardino facility. We CNC cut every frame component
(e.g. neck, side plates, mounts, tranny plate, axle adjusters, etc).
Utilizing a 0.250 wall 1.5” tube steel for the backbone and the single
downtubes, a 0.160 wall 1.125” tube for the rest of the frame. We
use the best steel possible for these frames. All frames are 100%
TIG welded for a clean, strong and precise fusion.

DESIGN
Motorcycles built to the level that they are built by Rage Hard
Choppers are production pieces of an original masterpiece,
like lithograph prints, ultimately stimulating your senses.
Rage Hard Choppers strives to set and lead the trends
of our industry, not follow them. We create designs that
enthusiast don’t know they want yet. To be an American
motorcycle manufacturer is to create motorcycles that look
and feel American. This is a special feeling you get when you
look, touch and ride the vehicle.
One bike can’t be all things to all people, but our goal at
RHC is to be all things to each of our American motorcycle
loving customers. That is why we pride ourselves in offering a
diversified portfolio of high quality American motorcycles.
MANUFACTURING
The backbone of what makes us unique and powerful is the fact that we
manufacture every bit of the frame, tanks and fenders, handlebars.
front-ends, foot controls and other proprietary components - all for
the purpose of producing high-quality motorcycles. Each Big Bear
Chopper is a tried and true, meticulously hand-built motorcycle, that
will be an enduring vehicle for thousands and thousands of miles.
We use American made raw metal materials and use American made
machinery and American made tools, not compromising quality for
profits by overseas manufacturing.
We continually improve through the use of Lean Manufacturing, which is the
production of goods using less of everything, compared to traditional mass
production: less waste, human effort, manufacturing space, investment
in tools, inventory, and engineering time to develop a new product. Lean
manufacturing is a product and process management philosophy derived
primarily from Toyota Production System. It is renowned for its focus on
reduction of the original Toyota ‘seven wastes’ in order to improve overall
customer value.
ENGINEERING
Engineering is the applied science of acquiring and applying
knowledge to design, analysis, and/or construction of product.
So in our efforts of providing our customers with an absolute
motorcycle; performance, design, comfort, reliability, and
rider safety, our engineering processes and staff run at high
standards in all elements of engineering, e.g. manpower,
methods, machinery and materials. Our talented team uses
well thought out methods with some of the finest equipment,
using premium material for every application.
Finite element analysis (FEA) is a computer simulation
technique we use in engineering analysis. This structural
analysis allows the determination of effects such as
deformations, strains, and stresses which are caused by
applied structural loads such as force, pressure and gravity.
