Carlie Irsay-Gordon is the vice
chair/owner of the Indianapolis
Colts. Carlie joined the Colts as
vice president in July of 2008
and, along with sisters Casey
and Kalen, represents the
next generation of ownership
for the club. Raised in and
around the Colts organization,
Carlie interned with the Colts
in the football and marketing
departments while pursuing her
undergraduate degree.
ANUCHA BROWNE
Anucha Browne was selected
as the NCAA’s vice president
of women’s basketball
championships in August
2012 to oversee Division I,
II and III women’s basketball
championships. Anucha serves
as the primary liaison to the
NCAA’s women’s basketball
committees and provides
strategic oversight of the
site-selection process for each
championship.

As the founder and CEO of netlogx, Audrey has served in the information
technology discipline for over 25 years. Audrey is a true visionary and strategist:
complex business challenges are her forte. Her unique skills extend into the areas of
client relationship management, sales, service delivery, and staff development.
BROOKE CROSLEY
Brooke Crosley is the President of Crosley, Inc. She has spent the last 10 years
coaching leaders and sales teams, with her focus on the human aspect of business.
Brooke's straightforward style cuts through the challenges that hold people back
from achieving the type of success they are capable of reaching.
CHASITY THOMPSON
Chasity Thompson is the Dean of Professional Development and Adjunct Faculty
at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Her leadership
experience has afforded her the opportunity to represent federal, state and local
communities.
DANIELLE McDOWELL
Danielle McDowell is the Executive Director of The Speak Easy, a member based
non-profit that brings entrepreneurs and established businesses together for the
greater good of the Circle City. Prior to her current position, Danielle was among The
Speak Easy’s first members when she launched a hairstylist review company called
MyBestFriendHair.com in 2011.
DESHONG PERRY-SMITHERMAN
When asked what she does for a living, the answer DeShong Perry-Smitherman gives
is this: “I teach people, organizations and students how to be heard.” As the United
States corporate communications manager for AES Corp., a Fortune 200 energy
company, she is responsible for communications to a wide range of stakeholders,
including 3,500 employees, the community and the public.
DONNA OKLAK
Donna Oklak is co-founder of Impact 100 Greater Indianapolis, an all-volunteer
women’s giving circle established in 2005. Donna previously served as executive
director of the Sycamore Foundation, where she helped to create and develop
the Indiana Achievement Awards, a statewide recognition program for effective
nonprofits.
EILISE LANE
Eilise Lane is the CEO/Brewer of Scarlet Lane Brewing Company, located in
McCordsville. Learning the art of homebrewing in Oregon and becoming an
apprentice in the industry on both coasts, Eilise decided to return to the Midwest
and begin her own venture. She and her husband Nick opened their Northwestinspired brewery in 2014 and haven’t looked back.
ELLEN K. ANNALA
Ellen K. Annala, named the first female chief executive of United Way of Central
Indiana in 1998, retired in March of 2013, completing 23 years in leadership for the
organization. Under Annala’s leadership, UWCI increased its attention on defining
and achieving measurable results in human services, and made it an organizational
priority to help more children succeed in school.
JACKIE NYTES
Jackie Nytes returned to the Indianapolis Public Library in 2012 to be the new
chief executive officer. During her time away, Jackie served the State of Indiana as
the president of the Indiana Economic Development Council and Indianapolis as
the executive director of the Mapleton Fall Creek Development Corporation.
JOYCE ROGERS
Joyce Rogers is Vice President for Development and External Relations for
Diversity, Equity, and Multicultural Affairs at the Indiana University Foundation.
Joyce is charged with increasing the presence and significance of Indiana
University among prospective and current minority students, alumni, business and
community leaders.
KATHY CABELLO
Kathy Cabello began her career as a computer engineer in the corporate world,
ultimately transitioning to marketing and customer relationship management.
Her love of strategy and marketing was born as she worked in customer account
management, eventually resulting in Cabello Associates – a full-service marketing
consultancy that works to develop corporate strategic plans for Fortune 500 firms
and other clientele.
KC GAULDINE
KC Gauldine is an accomplished leader with 30 years of exceptional C-level
experience turning around small- to mid-sized businesses, social enterprise, nonprofits and entrepreneurial enterprises. KC is the president of LEAD Management
Consulting, LLC.
KELLY KRAUSKOPF
Kelly Krauskopf is in her 17th season as the top executive of the Indiana Fever. As
the highest-ranking female professional sports executive in Indianapolis, Krauskopf
has been the guiding force for the Fever since 1999. As part of her duties, Kelly
helped build a team roster that would go on to win the 2012 WNBA title.
LISA SCHLEHUBER
Lisa Schluhuber serves as CEO of Elements Financial Federal Credit Union. Prior to
assuming this role, she was a member of the Elements Financial Board of Directors.
Schlehuber’s educational and work experience are focused in economics and
finance.

Lori Ball has applied her extensive knowledge in global strategic business
development as the Chief Operating Officer at BioStorage Technologies, Inc.
Throughout her various leadership positions, Ball has spearheaded growth
strategies at the corporate, business and functional levels.
MAGGIE LEWIS
Maggie Lewis serves as president of the Indianapolis City-County Council and is the
first woman in Council history to hold this position. When she’s not helping to lead
Marion County government, Lewis spends her days supporting the public relations
efforts of Centaur, Inc.
MARIA AROCHA WHITE
In mid-2013, Maria Arocha White began to plan the launch of “Inclusity™…
the future of diversity,” one of the few woman/minority-owned businesses in the
D&I field. With Inclusity, Maria is building an organization of professionals who
share her passion for creating inclusive cultures and transforming workplaces into
environments where all employees can contribute to their full potential.
MOLLY CHAVERS
Molly Chavers serves as the executive director of IndyHub and the IndyHub
Foundation. She is also the co-chair of Live Indy, a residential recruitment initiative
for Marion County.
MYRA BORSHOFF
Myra Borshof is the founder and principal of Borshoff, an Indianapolis-based
integrated communications firm providing public relations, marketing and
advertising services.
NIKKI BLAINE
Nikki Blaine is an Indianapolis native, born with an anointed talent to design and
construct beautiful garments. Nikki pursued her education by obtaining a degree in
Visual Communications/Digital Design from AIU and is currently seeking her MFA in
Fashion Design at The Academy of Art University. In 2011, Nikki opened a boutique
in Zionsville called Nikki Blaine Couture.
POLINA OSHEROV
Born in Russia, Polina Osherov wears many different hats in her professional life.
Commercial photographer, talent agent, editor, creative director, fundraiser, event
planner, web designer, marketing guru, fashion industry advocate, cat herder...oh
nevermind! How about this? Polina is a small business owner with an entrepreneurial
spirit and a touch of the insane.
RONDA TAMULONIS
Throughout a 30 year business career as a serial entrepreneur and consultant
working in accounting, information technology, and government health and human
services, Rhonda Tamulonis leveraged her expertise in communications to lead
projects in workplace performance, training, and end user change. In 2014, she
co-founded When You Leave the Room, LLC, a business presentation skills training
and coaching consultancy.
SARA NORRIS
Sara spent more than 30 years in the field of advertising, beginning as an awardwinning copywriter and ending as Executive Vice President and Director of Client
Services for a wholly owned subsidiary of J. Walter Thompson. In 2014, she cofounded When You Leave the Room, LLC, to help business presenters become
more effective, persuasive and memorable.
SARAH EVANS BARKER
Sarah Evans Barker was appointed judge of the United States District Court for
the Southern District of Indiana in March 1984 by President Ronald Reagan. Judge
Barker currently serves on the Federal Judicial Conduct and Disability Committee,
having been appointed by US Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts.
SUSAN CORNACCHIONE
Susan Cornacchione came to CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions in 2009 to
supervise and expand the development, marketing and communications efforts
of the organization. Prior to joining CICOA, Cornacchione served as the Central
Indiana Major Gifts Officer for the American Cancer Society.
TAMMY BUTLER ROBINSON
Tammy is currently one of the owners and managing principals of Engaging
Solutions, LLC. She co-manages the Planning and Community Outreach Sector
and leads the Call Center Sector. She is a proven leader, with a strong background
in health and human services, expertise in public finance and management, and a
deep commitment to improving communities.
YVONNE SHAHEEN
Yvonne Shaheen was president and CEO of Long Electric Co., Inc. from 1987-2005,
and now serves as a retired corporate executive. Prior to this position, Yvonne was
the CEO of Bright Sheet Metal Co., Inc. Yvonne is a community leader, holding
many corporate and community board positions for companies across Indianapolis.

Project Purse Indianapolis (PPI) aims to provide women of all
ages basic toiletries, beauty products, first-aid items, and other
products in a gently used purse. Purses will be collected and
filled at “purse parties” across the city. Purse parties can be
hosted by sororities, athletic teams, or just a group of engaged,
philanthropic women. Every woman deserves the right to feel
like a lady, to feel beautiful, to have access to basic necessities
at her fingertips. The Indy Chamber is proud to partner with PPI
in their effort to help Indianapolis women.
