Below is all the information needed to ensure that all of your groups’ needs are met while attending events at Scottrade Center and
Peabody Opera House. From selecting your dining options to finding a place to park, we want you to feel comfortable before you
even set foot in the door.
5 Easy steps...
1. Decide which events your group would like to attend.

extra charge.

Make payment – Payment can be made by:
• Check or Money Order (payable to Scottrade Center)
• Credit Card – MasterCard, Discover, Visa or AMEX
• Cash (please call to make an appointment with your group representative)
Deadline for payment is generally two to three weeks prior to
the event, however, in the case of an anticipated price level
sellout, the group sales department reserves the right to require
an earlier payment deadline. Payment should be mailed to:

• Number of tickets needed and price level
• Group name and contact info
• Group coordinator’s name
• Any special seating requests (handicap accessible/
special assistance)
• Parking information for cars and/or buses
3. The minimum group size required for a group discount varies
for each event, but usually ranges from 10–20 people. The
minimum group requirement must be met for each
performance, if you chose to attend multiple dates. Tickets will
be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, so place your
order as soon as possible to guarantee the best seating.
Groups require a 20% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit
upon reservation. This deposit will be applied to your final
payment. Final payment or cancellation is due two to three
weeks prior to the event. Prices are subject to change. A $10
one-time service fee will be applied to all group orders.
You will receive a term sheet confirming your reservations
and seat locations. Reservations are not guaranteed until you
receive a term sheet that confirms your order via mail or e-mail.

Any changes in the amount of tickets needed should be reflected
in the final payment. Payment must be received by the payment
deadline that is stated on your confirmation letter. Reserve as
many tickets as you would like, however, please notify the
Group Sales Department of the actual number of tickets needed
before the payment deadline. Once payment is received, tickets
will be either mailed to you or left at will call. There are no
refunds or exchanges once payment is made.

of Scottrade Center, this area is open exclusively to Pepsi Plaza
Party Pack groups one hour prior to each game. This package is
available for 20–100 people and includes a one hour pre-game
