East Midlands Forklifts provides the highest quality preventative maintenance and breakdown cover from our
service centre centrally located to provide support for Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, where we
commit to be onsite within 4 working hours. We operate a team of trained engineers with fully equipped service
vehicles that enables us to keep our first time fix rate as high as possible.
Our Field service controller guides our team of service engineers using the latest Service Management System software that enables
the controller to pre-book servicing and Thorough Examination Inspection also to deploy engineers more efficiently. This system has
proved invaluable in improving our response times when a breakdown occurs with all of our engineers having job details sent through
to PDA’s on there service van, which also cuts down on paper work with completed job reports being e-mailed to the customer

All of our rental packages are fully inclusive of maintenance, breakdown cover and Thorough Examination Inspection our customers

> Long Term Hire
Many companies are now looking closer at the many advantages of contract hire. Our long term hire contracts can
be structured to meet your specific needs whether the forklift is in use 5 hours per week or a 3 shift system. We
can offer variable contracts of up to seven years. Whether you require a single truck at one location or multi-truck
fleets on a number of sites, we can deliver – together with back up from our service centre where full service
histories are kept for every truck in our fleet.
