With the built-in regulator, the microcontroller generates sufficient voltage to drive its circuit internally, so that it can maintain a high quality display unaffected by battery power levels. Because the high quality can be maintained without an external regulator, the built-in regulator helps reduce the number of parts, and thereby total cost. Another feature of the Epson microcontroller is that low power consumption can be maintained even with the internal regulator. Write protect and data read protect functions are provided to guard the content of internal flash memory. Your precious software assets are protected by disabling data to be read and written from/to the flash memory. A large number of different types of interfaces are included Ultra-low power/Successive-approximation type By connecting with different Acceleration sensor types of sensors, various Other companies Pressure sensor When battery power drops… Photo sensor functions, including pedometer measurement, fall detection, barometric and altitude measurement, weather forecast, motion sensing, and backlight control, can be provided. Epson MCU ADC Thermistor RFC Humidity sensor SPI UART I2C SPI: Supports master/slave. Can be connected with different types of peripheral ICs and sensor modules. Even when battery power level drops, the contrast level is not affected. The same level of display quality as that of a new machine can be maintained until battery power has been completely consumed. The battery power level is detected by the Supply Voltage Detector (SVD) circuit, so you do not have to be concerned about the level during operation.*2 In addition, a software-based function is included that allows the user to finely adjust contrast. You can use this function to match voltage with liquid crystal panel. Also, a contrast adjustment function can be added to your products. I2C: Can use master and slave independently and simultaneously. Can be connected with different types of peripheral ICs and sensor modules. High-accuracy temperature and humidity measurement GPIO USB CR oscillation circuit Features of Epson microcontrollers MCUs SENB SENA REF RFIN 24-bit counter Enables highly accurate temperature and humidity measurements to be made with the minimum number of external parts. USB device function and remote controller transmission circuit enable easy communication with peripheral devices. Functions such as data management can be added.
