The strong welded patterns of
RanchGuard Utility Wires are excellent
for confinement of small to medium
sized domestic animals and great for a
wide variety of animal and cage usages.
Roll lengths are commonly 50’ and
100’. RanchGuard utility wires provide
a low cost alternative to perimeter
fencing for yards, gardens and privacy.
RanchGuard vinyl coated products
offer extra protection against corrosion
while beautifying garden and perimeter

Woven Hardware Cloth
RanchGuard Hardware Cloth is
manufactured in a wide selection of
heights, spacing and wire gauges.
The strong welded patterns of
RanchGuard 1/4” and 1/2” are
excellent for plant protection, animal
cages and rodent control and are hot
dip after welding. The woven pattern
of RanchGuard 1/8” hardware cloth
makes an excellent screen for insects
and is fine enough for debris and is
hot dip before weaving. RanchGuard
vinyl coated products offer extra
protection against corrosion while
beautifying garden and perimeter
fencing. Green vinyl also blends well
with landscaping. Roll lengths are
commonly 100’, with many patterns
and styles available in consumer rolls
of 5’, 10’, 25’ and 50’ as well. Also
available in 3” thru 6” soffit screen.
Fence Posts
Metal fence posts also known as
T-Posts are an easy and practical way
to support all types of wire fencing
materials. Studded T- posts are made
from a variety of steel products, both
new and recycled and extruded into
at “T “ shape for strength. Depending
on the application, manufactures
extrude the post and create posts
of various weights per foot. The
most common standards are Light
Weight (.95# – 1.01#); Heavy Weight
(1.25#) and 1.33# per foot. Post
weights are nominal. Post are usually
painted with a green enamel body
and white or light colored top for
visibility. The length of your post is
determined by the height of material
you’re installing, soil stability and
spade placement. Wire fencing is
attached using a T-Post clip.
Netting, hardware cloth and wire are ideal for many fencing and construction projects.
Most commonly used to contain animals and create barriers around plants and
gardens, these versatile materials lend themselves to many other uses.

Easily installed and maintained,
electric fencing provides a safe
and secure perimeter for livestock
as well as an effective barrier to
exclude unwanted animals such
as deer and coyote from pastures
and crops Electric fencing provides
a psychological barrier. After first
contact with the fence, livestock will
avoid it, so the physical load on an
electric fence is virtually zero, which
considerably extends its life span.
Electric fence can stand alone or
be added to conventional fencing
to reduce damage from cribbing on
wood fences and grazing and leaning
over fences.
Multiple uses around farm, ranch and
vineyard, smooth wire is an effective,
dependable, low-cost fencing
solution. Available in 9, 10, 12, 121/2, 13 and 14 gauge, RanchGuard
offers both galvanized and Class One,
high tensile smooth wire which can
be electrified when needed.

Galvanized wire is woven into a
uniform ½” hexagon mesh similar
to poultry netting, but suited for
smaller birds. Most commonly used
to contain smaller animals and create
barriers around plants and gardens,
these versatile materials lend
themselves to many other uses.
RanchGuard netting is manufactured
in a wide selection of heights,
openings and wire gauges. The
twisting of hot dip galvanized wires
into a tight hex pattern provides
protection and confinement for all
sorts of birds and well as rodent
control. Roll lengths are commonly
50’, 100’ and 150’, with many
patterns and styles available in
consumer rolls of 5’, 10’, 25’ as well.
Gopher netting is a very useful and
economical way to guard against
these pests that target edible plants.
Constructed of 3/4’’ twisted hex,
gopher netting is a strong and
flexible deterrent to prevent gophers
from gaining access to the surface.
Primarily used under sod, or flower
beds it can also be used above ground
to protect individual plantings such as
newly planted trees. Dozens of uses
including coverings for window and
screen doors, tree guards, drains,
gutters, under eaves, soil sifters and
much more.
RanchGuard Poultry Netting is
available in 1" and 2" twisted hex
and a variety of heights and lengths.
Ideal for many light fencing and
construction projects, it is extensively
used for poultry and animal pens
providing containment as well as
predator protection. RanchGuard
offers both galvanized and vinyl coated
products which offer extra protection
against corrosion while beautifying
garden and perimeter fencing.
Green vinyl also blends well with
landscaping.
Wire Coatings:
Galvanized: Galvanized wire is zinc coated to resist rust and corrosion and
will last longer than uncoated wire. Common coatings include: Commercial,
Class 1, and Class 3. The higher the coating weight, the longer the expected
resistance to rust and corrosion.
Vinyl Coated: Vinyl coated fence is first galvanized and then vinyl coated
for additional protection against corrosion, as well as a more aesthetic
appearance. Vinyl coated fence is generally green or black and commonly
used in yards and gardens as it blends well with the environment.
