L E S M E N U S par Pierre Gagnaire Les Menus in Moscow presents the bold and experimental cuisine of the Michelin three star Chef Pierre Gagnaire, regarded as one of today’s most innovative and artistic chefs. Classic French cuisine with a modern twist and culinary artistry at its finest interpretation creates an unforgettable feast for all the senses. The overall concept unites both modern view on classics and courageous transformation of habitual dishes into signature work of culinary art. Unquestionable talent lies in innovative blends of products with taste and texture which seem to never match. Here, a hot dish features cold sorbet, and exclusive Italian truffles accompany simple ingredients with irreproachable dignity. Selected according to seasonal and regional criteria, every product meets all international gastronomic standards. Les Menus par Pierre Gagnaire in Moscow pleases guests with habitual French cuisine. The overall space of 720 sq m is embraced by luxurious and elegant interiors created by Wilson & Associates featured in top three design companies worldwide. Massive furniture with golden and silk decorations reminds of medieval France and forms an impressive alliance with Russian ornaments on the walls and the ceiling. Seekers of peace and quiet will find three private rooms equipped with semi-transparent partitions for 6-8 guests. Refinement of serving is wholly supported by natural Korean textile, elite Limoges Bernardaud porcelain, French silverware by Guy Degrenne and Sambonet, as well glassware from internationally reputed brands - Riedel and Schott-Zwiesel. Moreover, the restaurant is notable for its wine card containing over 500 positions. The core principle we stick to in process of working out the wine card for Lotte Hotel Moscow, and Les Menus in particular, is the harmony with the menu. We strongly care for wine pairing, and thus we have selected just those wines and spirits which come into unique and diverse matches with 6-8 courses. Pierre Gagnaire’s idea of marrying various dishes within one course is genuine, and the wine card is only designed to strengthen the taste structure.
