coating lines in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom with
an annual production of over 15.000 km that is supplied to

Coil coating or pre-painting is the process where large
metal coils are coated in a continuous, highly automated process
prior to final fabrication steps. Benefits are multiple.
Painting metal ‘in the flat’ provides a uniform, smooth paint layer.
Cleaning, pre-treatment and paint application are optimal in coil
coating facility environments leading to an unquestionable
advantage in durability and sustainability.
