FOR A DEMANDING INDUSTRY
Teesing has invested in a high-tech storage system to optimise
supply integrity and be able to provide clients with even better
service.
Since 1952, Teesing has been one step
ahead of its competitors to expand its
product range and services.
The next step in logistics is the new special
storage system installed at the Teesing
headquarters. This system improves
efficiency in logistics as well as the ability
to store products in extra clean conditions.
René Roozen (Purchase & Logistics Manager) on working
with the new storage system:

fully automated system in the
product storage process, we
always have real-time stock
level information.
Products for the semiconductor and mechatronics
industries will be stored in
the specially conditioned area
ensuring the products to be
as clean as possible and safe
to use when they reach our
customers.
Products come to staff instead
of staff having to walk to the
items. Besides that, the new
system saves a lot of space
and time during the logistics
process.
This makes a considerable difference in terms of efficiency.”
Teesing is continuously searching the
market for new products, to expand their
product range. This has demanded a more
efficient method of storing products as
well as picking and packaging products for
delivery.
Efficient order picking
When picking an order, the digital order file
is sent from the stock level computer system to the storage machine, which presents
the products in just seconds. Members of
staff do not need to search for the correct
product in a large warehouse but the correct products are presented to them by the
machine.
Efficient storage
As well as the improved efficiency in order
picking, storage space is greatly reduced.
More products can be stored in less space
as well as the machine being able to continuously change the position of products
for the most efficient placement. At this moment our storage space has been reduced
to 32%.
Pressurised storage
The storage contains a section which is
pressurised, minimizing cross contamination and particle movement. Products
for the semiconductor and mechatronics
market are stored in this special compartment of the storage system. Products and
assemblies (double) packed in the Teesing
cleanroom can be stored in this special
compartment until the goods are ready for
delivery to the customer.

Ozon gas monitors
Also new in the Teesing product range is a series of gas
monitors from Aeroqual. They are cost-effective portable
monitors that can be used to accurately measure multiple
target gases (like Ozon) at different concentrations.

Combining model size with a selection of gas-specific purification materials,
MicroTorr Purifiers can be tailored to many different customer applications, while
maintaining impurity removal to Part-Per-Billion (ppb) levels or better.

aspro tis builds new compressor for enn
To keep pace with the development of a clean economic and
safe fuel China, ASPRO TIS (joint venture between ASPRO
and Teesing New Energy Equipment) invested in a local
production plant. The plant is assembling CNG compressors
in China itself to increase the production capacity.
ENN is cooperating with Teesing China for many years and
with the local production of the IODM 115E-4RE compressor
the high quality standard is guaranteed.
ASPRO TIS is proud to announce that the first compressor
IODM 115-4RE is now assembled in the City of Beijing.
The machine is customized for ENN, which is one of the
biggest natural gas (CNG) distributors in China. For this
machine most of the parts, such as the chassis, the motor,
control panel, piping and instrumentation, are manufactured
in China. The bareshaft, cooler and safety valves are imported from ASPRO Argentina.
This compressor will be added to the all-in-one machines
from ENN, which includes the compressor, the storage, the
control panel and the dryer system.

The inlet pressure of this compressor is 2.5 – 6 bar, the flow
of this compressor is up to 1120 Nm3/h. The compressor is
equipped with a 200kW motor.

In this context, Teesing is now owner of the Advanced Flow
Technics (AFT) product range.
Setra systems is a leading company in designing a broad line
of sensing products. This includes humidity, current, vacuum
and pressure sensing instruments, low pressure calibrators
and weighing and counting scales for a wide variety of applications.
AFT has an impressive history of offering high quality products such as Mott Corporation USA, Setra Systems Inc. USA,

high-purity arena, used in countless applications ranging from
petrochemical to food processing facilities.

WORLD’S BEST DUAL FUEL SYSTEM FOR ALL DIESEL ENGINES
LISA International developed a DUAL FUEL SAVING system for DIESEL
engines. The LISA DUAL FUEL MARK III system is based on Natural Gas
Injection. This reduces diesel usage up to 60% and more, and reduces
emissions significantly.
The LISA system automatically injects a precision dose of natural gas into
the air-intake of the engine. The amount of injected gas is based on the
actual output that is required by the engine in terms of torque and RPM’s.
In close partnership with Teesing Industrial Systems, Beijing and the
Chinese Automotive Engineering Research Institute (CAERI) of ChongQing,
this year the system is successfully introduced in the People’s Republic of
China.
Large scale market introduction in Asia is expected in the due course of
2013.
