In addition, numerous other applications are possible, e.g. as suspended scaffold. - carrying area and/or point loads In order to find the optimal solution for each one of these tasks, this normally requires a large selection of components which in turn is reflected in the low rate of utilisation. This means that on-site material requirements are automatically reduced and utilisation rates increase. With PERI UP, construction progress can be carried out extremely efficiently and safety levels for site personnel rise considerably. A perfect solution was developed in the form of PERI UP Rosett modular scaffold. Thus, a 3 m bay can be divided, for example, into 2 x 1.50 m or 4 x 0.75 m within the system itself according to requirements. Professional briefing of construction site personnel by PERI sales engineers or PERI supervisors. 9 PERI UP Rosett Shoring Type-tested load-bearing capacity Through systematised construction progress and repetitive working steps, costs can be reduced along with facilitating an increase in the quality of the execution. PERI UP Rosett shoring towers have been type-tested by the State of Bavaria commercial office (Landesgewerbeanstalt Bayern) for heights of up 21.89 metres. Use on the construction site is therefore very easy: project-specific static verification for the towers are no longer required and prepared parts lists are available for all heights. Through base widths of 1.50 m to 3.00 m, square or rectangular tower ground plans are possible in 50 cm increments. This means cost-effective bearing capacity and geometrical adjustments can be achieved. Thus, up to 10 different towers can be realized for a broad range of applications in the form of shoring, slab tables or material platforms. From the extensive programme of accessories, decking levels for transporting materials as well as access stairs can be integrated. 10 The modular structure of UP Rosett allows optimal adjustment of leg load-bearing capacities. In 50 cm increments, up to 10 different towers for various applications are possible. Up to 38 m high PERI UP shoring perfectly matched to the MULTIFLEX girder slab formwork. 14 m high PERI UP birdcage shoring as load-bearing sub-structure for MULTIFLEX girder slab formwork. Safe and fast access to the higher working levels was provided by PERI UP stair towers. The 72 m long beams of an airport check-in terminal were formed using movable table units. PERI UP shoring with standard dimensions of 1.50 m x 1.50 m provide generously-sized working spaces and access areas underneath the integrated work platforms. 12 Movable units for smooth construction progress The high rigidity of the ledger connections maintains the form of even very large PERI UP scaffold units when being moved by crane or on castors. All standards are tensionproof connected to each other. Work platforms for handling the formwork offer a maximum in working safety. This is made possible by placing system decks inside the shoring. Thus, complete scaffold units can be pre-assembled safely and quickly on the ground and then joined together to form larger shoring structures. Craneable Fast transfer of a 15 m long scaffold unit. Erection instructions are provided for the reinforcement scaffolding and contains all safety-relevant guidelines including the crane attachment points. The heights required have already been taken into consideration with the configuration of the scaffolding units during formwork planning. Application possibilities: - placing of formwork ties - closing the formwork - reinforcement work - concreting Even after only a few uses, more than just the costs of approved scaffolding equipment can be generated. The inner guardrail makes shuttering, reinforcement and concrete work even safer – and quicker! For the shuttering, reinforcement and concrete work required on the 14 m high reinforced concrete columns, customised PERI UP scaffold units were efficiently used. Complete scaffold units can be moved in a crane lift. 15 PERI UP Rosett stair tower Fast and convenient way to reach working areas PERI UP Rosett stair towers can be used as freestanding towers or attached to the outside of a working scaffold for heights of up to 90 m. Stair towers with alternating staircase units provide greater headroom clearance and shorter routes between levels. Simple and fast assembly with only three additional components 2,50/3,00 - staircase unit - stair guardrail - landing link panel which also extends the area of application for the scaffolding. The staircase unit only weighs 24 kg and, in spite of its low weight, has been approved to carry the high load of 2 kN/m² A 50 m high PERI UP Rosett stair tower with alternating staircase units for a silo. Thus, using the stair tower for accessing construction sites is possible. The complete staircase tower has proof of stability and designed to carry a maximum live load equivalent for a 20 m run of staircase and landing irrespective of height. Ledgers are used as guardrails and for bracing the tower. Diagonals are not required. Anchoring of stair towers with staircase units in the same direction For higher stair towers, the tensionproof anchoring to the building takes place every 4 m in the lower area up to a height of 12 m, after this every 8 m. Access is carried out by means of decks with integrated ladders from the intermediate levels.
