Ron has 12 years of experience as an administrator and has also served in his prior career as a registered dietician and as a head of maintenance, housekeeping and laundry services. Ron is coming to us from Bishop Wicke Health Care Center in Shelton, Connecticut where he has been for over five years. Bishop Wicke is the first Planetree Continuing Care Community in the United States. Wicke is very similar to Southington Care Center in that they are a non-profit mission-driven organization that specializes in short-term rehabilitation and long term care. Ron is very familiar with the Planetree philosophy and he fully understands the importance of mission, vision and values being practiced on a day to day basis. Ron lives in Trumbull with his wife Alicia who is a physical therapist, his 11 year old daughter Olivia and his 9 year old son Ben. Ron Bucci with Ann Minor at our employee holiday party. Thank you again for all of your support and assistance during this time of transition. You are an awesome team and I think Ron will be a great addition!
