Chapter 4
Explanation: This is an overview from another manual that I have on
Healing. It is a second part of a two parts series study on the Gifts of the Holy
Spirit. Part #1 is How to Flow in the Gifts of the Spirit, with emphasis on the Gift of
Prophecy – a “how to” manual to actively cultivate the gift of prophecy in the life of
a Believer.
The second half of this manual on Healing can be used as a devotional, where a
person reads and studies, the suggested scriptures and then does the action steps
suggested, on a daily basis to come to a new level of God using them. I believe
that if a person takes a month and studies the Gift of Healing and asks God to
open doors of ministry to pray for the sick, that God will honor this as a strategy for
getting a breakthrough. It is a great way to build a new habit in a person’s life to
expect the miraculous.
It can also be used as sermon outlines for pastors, Bible Study teachers, or Bible
College teachers as 30 tips in how to Flow in the Gift of Healing and Miracles.

Brian and Connie have been married for 29 years, and have four children. See the

Brian and Connie have both been full time ministers as a vocation and connected
with Pastor Mel and Heather Mullen for over 30 years. For the past 15 years,
Brian has traveled out from this Church as a Prophetic Evangelist. He loves to
train people in healing and the gifts of the Spirit. He often takes people with him
on teams for extra training and mentoring. Brian has ministered in over 50
denominations and Ministerial streams and in many nations of the World
(Kazakhstan, India, Kenya, Uganda, Philippines, Mexico, England, China, Japan,
USA and more) His ministries include: Motivational Speaker, Prophetic Ministry,
Healing, Bible College Instructor, Youth Conferences and Camp Meetings.

Brian is also the Director of Wagner Leadership Institute in Canada. Peter
Wagner is the Founder and Pastor Mel is the Chancellor of WLI Canada. Brian is
helping to start and oversee: WLI Japan, WLI Chennai India, WLI Kenya, WLI
Nairobi and WLI Rwanda, and 7 nations along the Silk Road – with the central
office in Istanbul, Turkey. Connie travels with Brian lots, and is full time in the WLI
national office in Red Deer.

Brian has received his Doctorate in Practical Ministries. He has written a book
called “How to Reach the Lost Generation.” It is a training book on growing in your
ministry, and how to become more effective in evangelism. It gives a history of
Word of Life Church and a personal testimony of Brian’s conversion and ministry.

Brian is also the director of Rwanda Home of Hope - an orphanage, Church,
