Low consumption
The Clean Booths of the CLEAN-HT series represent the
most advanced solution for the creation of small/medium and
independent Clean areas for the protection of critical apparatus
and/or processes.
They are essentially composed of a framework in anodised
extruded aluminium, reinforced and complete with floor supports,
on which the series AIR-1-HT Filter Fan Units serie are installed;
the sides of the Booths are sealed off by antistatic PVC slotted-in
curtains.

Components’
description
• Bearing structure: Supporting and independent structure
made of simple steel profiles painted in RAL7035: it is
complete with base plates, rigidity rods, support columns and
anchorage plates. To facilitate Booth positioning, the support
columns are fitted on wheels: for stability, the Booth position is
blocked by special feet.
• Filter Fan Units: independent units of the AIR-1-HT series, in
anodised aluminium sound proofed with mineral wool panels
and radiant ventilator with inverted blade rotor in aluminium
directly coupled to an EC electric motor.
• Side curtain: 40 Mil antistatic alternating clear/frost strip
curtains, 8” wide strips overlapped 2”.
• Ceiling Light: special aerodynamic ceiling light.
• Control Panel: sealed panel fitted on board the machine,
containing control and protection switches of the Filter Fan
Units Units and the Ceiling Lights.
• Manometers: differential manometers to control filters
clogging.
