Free bottled water will be provided at designated areas on the course. If you need assistance on the course, please contact Karen Mecham at 801-598-0920 or Hayley Mitchell at 801-644-7161 RULES & PROGR AM CONTESTS & PRIZES FOUR PERSON SCRAMBLE • Each player hits a tee shot (best shot selected). • All players play their second shots from this point. • The best of the second shot is selected, then all play their third shots from that spot. • Two tee shots must be used from each player in the group. Record on scorecard. • Only one score per hole is recorded. TEE BOXES • Men play from the white tees. • Women play from the red tees. • Men 90 and older, shoot from the red tees (HB90 Rule). COURSE RULES PROGRAM Players check in at the registration desk inside the clubhouse. 6:00 a.m. – Sponsor set up (6:00 a.m. - 6:30 a.m.) 6:15 a.m. – Registration and Breakfast 7:30 a.m. – Shotgun Start 12:30 p.m. Approx. – Luncheon, Awards Ceremony and Prize Drawings – Texas Roadhouse, Bountiful M U L L I G A N S * – $25 per player Purchase mulligans inside the clubhouse. Your donations contribute to the college scholarship fund. Includes two Mulligans. *Maximum of two mulligans per player. Cannot be used on contest holes 2, 5, 10, 13 and 16. Additional Prize Tickets: Increase your chances of winning a prize at the drawing during lunch. Purchase three tickets for $10 or $5 if combined with a mulligan purchase. *Maximum of three tickets per player. • U.G.A. golf rules and regulations will be in effect. • Players are asked to remember golf etiquette and replace all divots on the course. • Keep play moving as quickly as possible. BREAKFAST/LUNCH P U T T I N G C O N T E S T – Hole 10 Test your putting skills on Hole 10. Each player has two chances to the make the putt and enter a drawing to win a Samsung 32” HDTV. If successful, a ticket will be issued to the player for entry into the drawing. The winner will be announced during lunch and must be present to win. L O N G E S T D R I V E – Hole 13 All players will play from their respective tee boxes. ** Mulligans cannot be used in any of the contests except to improve the team’s overall score. ** SCORE CARD At the end of play, turn in your score card at the designated table outside the club house. BREAKFAST Sponsored by Kellogg’s Breakfast, including warm biscuits and fruit/cereal bars, will be served on the clubhouse deck at 6:15 a.m. Donuts, fruit and juice will also be available. LUNCH AND PRIZES Lunch served at Texas Roadhouse in Bountiful at approximately 12:30 p.m. following the tournament. Texas Roadhouse: 365 North 500 West, Bountiful (see map on reverse) Cash Prizes Awarded During Lunch • First, second and third place teams. • Longest drive (male and female). • Closest to the hole (male and female). PRIZE DRAWINGS* Prize drawing tickets are attached to the program. Bring these to the luncheon to claim your prize (required). When you arrive at the luncheon, check in at the raffle table and hand in your ticket to claim prize. The major prize drawings will also take place during lunch. *Players must be present to win. Prizes cannot be exchanged.
