KEEP MEMORY ALIVE CENTER
Keep Memory Alive’s headquarters, also home to its medical partner, the Cleveland
Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, are in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. One
portion of the building is dedicated to preserving memory through research, treatment,
and clinical trials, while the other portion of the building, an Event Center, is dedicated
to creating memories for those who attend or host personal events. Proceeds from
Event Center rentals benefit Keep Memory Alive and its ongoing support of research
and treatment for neurocognitive disorders.
The Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health and its Keep Memory Alive
Event Center present a unique environment in which to host your private function.
Gehry’s design for the Event Center includes 199 windows in an undulating stainless
steel canopy, illuminated by natural light creating a truly one-of-a-kind experience day
or night. Let the Event Center become a lasting signature of your special event - a truly
unique space in which to host a wedding, bar mitzvah or business meeting, and create
memories for your friends, family, and colleagues.
Accommodating 300 seated or 700 for a standing reception, the Event Center provides
only the finest in creative design, world-class cuisine, superior wines, and exceptional
personalized service.
The Center is conveniently located on the corner of Bonneville and Grand Central Parkway in
the Symphony Park Development just of the I-15 freeway.

The event center has two great spaces to host an event:
Outdoor space: Courtyard – Breezeway and Reflection Garden Standing room with
scattered highboy tables – capacity 300, approx. 8,300 sq. ft. outdoor event facility

Indoor space: The Event Center Inside – round or square tables – capacity – 400

There is a possibility of the tour of the facility*
* Please note that there are no scheduled or organized tours of The Cleveland Clinic
Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. We could organize such a tour, if the clients would
be interested, however there is no specific information regarding that as of now.

Contortionist Act (Solo, Duo, Trio, Group)
Male or Female contortionists available and we even have duo contortionists!!!
Flexibility to its extreme. The contortionist has an incredible sense of balance. She
performs a one-arm handstand while resting her feet behind her neck, and then lowers
into sitting on her head. She flows gracefully from one jaw-dropping position to the next.

Strolling Living Tables
This colorful character can mingle with the guests, serves cocktails and hors d'oeuvres

All entertainers are to be allowed the standard union breaks. Plan for a 15-minutes
break for every 45 minutes of performance.
Coordinator is required for all services, based upon the following rates:
entertainment coordinator is billed at $45.00 per hour or any portion thereof
based on a (4) hour’s minimum

A show of strength and beauty as these two performers create forms with their bodies
and show balance and flexibility
