YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO PRE-REGISTER
The non-refundable fee of $20.00 for all members and
visitors must accompany your pre-registration form.
Everyone must register to be admitted to any
session and must present a current dues receipt.
Fee not required of the MWGM, MWGP, Masonic and
Youth Leaders and Golden Stars when attending their
honor session. Make checks payable to Grand
Chapter of Idaho, OES. Ballots will be distributed at
time of registration. Deadline for pre-registration is
May 15, 2016.
To be introduced Sunday Night, you MUST register
(except those excluded above).
GRAND OFFICERS AND ALL OTHERS TAKING
PART IN OPENING CEREMONIES: Please assemble
near the main door 15 MINUTES before the opening
time of each session.
All Sessions will begin on time.

COMMITTEES are to report to their Chairmen upon
arrival. Check with the Information Desk for time and
place of meeting. Members unable to attend will
notify the WORTHY GRAND MATRON and
CHAIRMAN by May 15, 2016. Committees making
reports shall be in the near southeast 15 minutes
before time of report.
If giving a GREETING, WELCOME, RESPONSE or
REPORT: You will be limited to two minutes and will
be stopped on time. To have your remarks printed in
the proceedings, they MUST be filed with the Grand
Secretary upon presentation. If submitting on
electronic media or via email, it must be in
Microsoft/Word, NOT PDF or photo file. Please send
your file to the Grand Secretary prior to Grand
Chapter at [email protected]. Thank you.
DISTINGUISHED GUESTS

To Be” Session. We will make every effort to make
your stay with us a friendly and joyful one.
Registration fee and complimentary meals are
provided for the MWGM and MWGP.

HOUSING INFORMATION
Happy New Year Sisters and Brothers! It is that time of year to make your reservations for a magical Grand Chapter in
Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. Headquarters will be at Best Western Plus, Coeur d’ Alene Inn. This hotel has been very
accommodating; please consider them first when making your reservations for Grand Chapter.
RESERVATIONS: Members are responsible for making their own housing arrangements.

RATES: The nightly cost per room is $99.00 plus taxes, 1-4 people per room, breakfast included. After May 1, 2016 the
Inn will release the unreserved rooms for general sale. Check in time is after 4:00 pm and check out time is noon.
You will need:
- When you contact the hotel, please state you are attending the “Eastern Star Grand Chapter” to ensure you get our
convention rate.
-List of names of everyone who will be staying in your room.
-Credit/Debit card number to reserve your room.
-Grand Officers: Please let the hotel know you are a Grand Officer so you can be placed in the block of rooms set aside.
If you do not plan to stay at the Coeur d’ Alene Inn, please let the Housing Committee know.

Overflow Hotel:
Shilo Inn Suites Hotel is next door to the Coeur d’ Alene Inn. It will serve as the overflow hotel for Grand Chapter.
Rate: 1-2 people $109, $10 for each additional person. There is a free breakfast included in this rate, pet friendly, and
has a 24 hour pool.
