Credit union opens in Federal Way
Weyerhaeuser Employees’ Credit
Union has opened a branch at 33616
Pacific Highway S. in Federal Way.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held
July 28, followed by three days of grand
opening events.
The new 5,247-square-foot building
has a drive-up ATM and four drivethrough lanes. It also has a high monitor
roof, four teller stations, a large lobby
with a greeter station, an exterior patio
display area and 1.2 acres of landscaping.
Emick Howard & Seibert was the architect and Lease Crutcher Lewis the general
contractor. Both are based in Seattle.
The branch includes 1,577 square feet
of available space. Mark Freitas of Craig
L. Michalak Inc. Commercial Real Estate
is in charge of leasing.
