Well done, it makes the effort of going up town worthwhile. The Gods Kitchen Twilight Pursuit got started in a drifter with a soft breeze coming as the last boats started. The wind built slowly but unfortunately all but five boats were defeated by the setting sun. Phoenix had the best start winning The Rocks prize. Foam Fast led Javelin and Geomatic home. Sixteen boats were on the start line for the Queenscliff destination race in cool but pleasant con ditions. Anna continued her domination of Div.1 performance series with Seduction and Windsong placings. Tonic won in div.2 from YT2 and Flying Circus and it was Magic Pudding, Beau in the Brummell and Silver Shadow in div. 3. Anna, YT2 and Magic Pudding lead their PHC series. Div.1 AMS result went to Seduction from Wild Goats and Windsong. It was Tonic again in div.2 from YT2 and Flying Circus. Magic Pudding was first in div. 3 CBH from Silver Shadow and Beau Brummell. Seduction YT2 and Magic Pudding lead their series. Just Another Toy won the combined division trophy race. The flying 15s had two races in their club championship series which were won by Under The Pump with Lean & Mean and Fly By Night shar ing the minor placings. Easy Rider picked up two of the etchell races with Basic Instinct taking the other. Dark Joker and Pale and Stout took the minor placing’s. In the series to date Under The Pump and Basic Instinct hold sway. The optis had two races for both aggregate and club champs. Race 13 green fleet aggregate was won by William McKenzie sailing The Force from Jonny Be Good, John Faulkner and Optical Zoom, Kate James. Race 14 saw Lucky Buoy, Lachlan Weber finish ahead of Holly Shepherd’s Little Lunatic and Jonny Be Good. The series leader is Jonny Be Good followed by Optical Zoom and Jolei Spencer’s Uno. Race 13 of the club championships was won by Jonny Be Good followed by The Force and Little Lunatic. Race 14 again went to Jonny Be Good from Little Lunatic and Lucky Buoy.
