About Your Visit
Scheduling
To ensure your desired time, please make your reservation early.
If you are a Gateway Canyons guest, please call ext. 2598.
Arrival
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation to check in and
begin the relaxation process. Your treatment will start promptly at its designated time.
Should you arrive late for your service, you will be deprived of valuable treatment time.
As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the originally scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy
All services are reserved specifically for you. We request your treatment be reserved
with a credit card. You will be charged 50% of your service if you cancel within twentyfour hours and the full amount if you “no-show.”
Upon Arriving
Feel free to arrive in whatever attire is comfortable. Showering prior to or after your
treatment will depend upon availability and scheduling with other services. Men having
facials should shave no less than two hours prior to their service.
During Your Visit
To get the most out of your treatment, communicate with your spa professional. Your comfort
and enjoyment are very important to us, so please let us know if you have concerns about the
depth of pressure during your massage, the temperature of your room, music volume or any
other issues that may arise.
Spa Etiquette
A spa is a place of relaxation and serenity, to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask
that you refrain from using your cell phones and keep conversations to a whisper.
Gratuity
For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to all services, subject to your
discretion, and distributed to the staff.
Additional Amenities
Fitness Center
The fitness center provides all the equipment you need to stay on a healthy track while away
from home. Guests must be 16 years of age to use the equipment. Those under 16 must have
adult supervision at all times.
Yoga and Fitness Classes
Please call to inquire about Yoga, Pilates and other group fitness classes or to book a private
session customized to any level of ability.

For a unique gift or to find products that will allow you to continue the relaxation process
and experience some of our treatments at home, visit the spa and consult with one of our

derived from sugar cane open pathways to

Refresh
A customized mini-facial that is ideal for a

This luxurious high desert ritual will enhance your mood and leave you enlightened. An allnatural body mask will help draw impurities from the skin and gently exfoliate. Followed by
an application of our aromatic desert sage oil during your customized 50-minute massage
to leave your skin soft and body rejuvenated.
Swedish Massage
Invite a relaxing state and unwind as the long gentle strokes of this Swedish massage
eases muscle tension, improves circulation and increases vitality. Pressure can range of
very light to medium.
Massage Medley
This customized massage utilizes Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques to create a unique
experience focused on relaxation and reducing muscle tension.
Deep Tissue
Alleviate soreness resulting from exertion or exercise with this moderate to firm, deep
tissue massage.

This total body detoxifying massage combines the restorative powers of our ancient jade

Pre-natal Massage

Mothers-to-be will enjoy this relaxing, nurturing
massage aimed to ease some of the discomfort
that arises during this time of change. We
request that you are past your first trimester of
pregnancy and provide your physician’s written
consent.
Reflexology
Based on the theory that the foot reflects the
entire body, applying pressure point stimulation
encourages balance while enhancing circulation and relaxation. The addition of a foot scrub
and conditioning lotion will leave your feet
renewed!
Body Indulgences
Blooming Cactus Body Ritual
Your treatment will begin with a body exfoliation to enhance skin cell renewal
allowing for better absorption of the nutrient-rich products. Then your body will be
cocooned in a “Stimulating Prickly Pear Cactus” gel wrap. This wrap helps improve
blood circulation, tighten the skin and produce a healthy glow! While your body is
detoxifying you will receive a relaxing scalp or foot therapy massage. After your body
has been cleansed, an application of Agave Nectar Oil will be applied to the body
and emulsified into the skin to aid in anti-aging and skin hydration.
Jade & Burdock Sachet
Ignite your detoxification process with your choice of a detoxifying or slimming elixir.
Then relax and allow the power of our jade & burdock sachet to stimulate proper
circulation, remove toxins and increase chi to aid in the body’s natural detoxification
process. Warming pillows are placed over acupressure points around the digestive
tract to rebalance, while acupressure points are massaged to connect with specific
areas of the body. This treatment leaves you relaxed, rejuvenated and mentally
clear. For best results it is suggested that you follow this treatment with a full body
massage.
Ancient Sea Hydration Wrap
This marine-rich seaweed therapy soothes the skin and works to reduce
inflammation, while replenishing the body with essential nutrients. Your skin will feel

La Sal Scrub

Moroccan Oil Scalp Treatment
Using Moroccan Oil-No-More or Dry-No-More Professional Scalp Treatment, depending
on your specific needs, your spa professional will massage this amazing remedy into
your scalp and through your hair roots to ends. This revitalizing scalp treatment utilizes
Moroccan Oil’s signature argan oil; as well as, essential oils to improve the condition of

Moroccan Oil Intense Hydrating Mask
