Operator Electric Lift Control Systems:
hw = 12 Volt Only (If used on a machine other than 12v then customer responsible for voltage conversion to 12 volt). What we refer to as a “Hard-Wired” Lift System.
Instead of the on-board 12v elec system this pkg includes wiring to utilize the user's tow machine 12v battery to power the electric lift. It’s intended for tow machines that have
a dash mountable switch panel (UTV’s, Gators, etc.) where the customer installs a rocker switch in the dash, or panel punch out. The wiring includes quick connect fittings for
the rear of the tow machine and at the end of the groomer tongue. Wiring assembly required to user towing machine. Wiring should be installed by a qualified professional.
wr = “Wireless Remote” this is a complete on-board electric lift system that includes a wireless remote control.
cr = “Corded Remote” (PR72 only) a complete on-board electric lift system that includes a 10 ft. long corded remote control.
du = “Dual Remote Control” (PR72 only) a complete on-board electric lift system that includes both the wireless remote control and the corded remote control systems.

PR72-E: Wireless Remote Control, or Corded Remote Control, or both can be installed - called Dual Remote Control. Also “hw” hard-wired, and Manual Lift.
MG72-E: Wireless Remote Control or Hard-wired to the Towing Machine. AS72-E: Wireless Remote Control, “hw” Hard-Wired Electric Lift, or Manual Lift.
(2) 2-Blade Leveling is superior to 1-Blade. However, our 1-Blade Leveling machines are as good as anything else on the market, except our 2-Blade PR72. The MG72-GT & BR
models do not have a metal grading bar, but the Broom Carriage does perform quite well on infields that are level and maintained properly. However, a broom should not
be expected to grade and level (cut high spots on infields, etc.) as well as metal. MG72-IN & HY models include a metal 1-Blade grading bar implement for infields.
(3) The PR72 and AS72 machines have abrasion resistant solid steel chisel teeth for breaking up hard infields.
(4) The MG72 has Spring Tines that perform quite well on many infield materials. But, spring tines will not perform as well as hard chisel teeth on infields that get extremely hard.
Spring Tines do provide the ability to perform multi-purpose functions such as loosening and grooming rock and many granular materials and are very effective for turf
uses such as de-thatching, pulverizing aeration cores, etc. The MG72-BR model is an all-broom machine and does not have the spring tines attachment.
(5) The MG72-HY (Hybrid) model includes infield grooming attachments and turf attachments - making it a complete multi-purpose machine. Nothing else like it on the market!
(6) No Tools Needed to Adjust is often overlooked by customers when they are choosing a grooming machine. But, once they have a groomer it is a great advantage both in time
saved and ease of use if it adjusts without needing tools. Our groomers are engineered and designed to adjust without tools to be truly “user-friendly” and adjust quickly.
(7) The AS72 & MG72 machines are very easy to use. The PR72 is slightly more difficult because it’s 2-lade leveling/grading implement is fully adjustable. This engineering allows it
to be adjusted to the everyday changing conditions of infields. These adjustments make it superior to any other machine on the market. However, this also adds to the
skill level necessary to operate and adjust the machine.
(8) Towing Speed while grooming. For a 2-Blade leveling/grading implement (PR72) to perform correctly it cannot be expected to travel at too high of speed. The AS72 and MG72
machines have a 1-Blade grading device so are able to travel at slightly higher speed when grooming.

The turning radius of towing machines will vary. Each customer should test how large of a turning radius is needed in order to groom both sides of home plate.

New for 2013 - Model Numbers changed to AS72.
The AS72 All Star Groomer was formerly our AS58. This machine was originally designed as only a
Chisel Machine, and the chisel implement was 58 inches wide, thus the number “58”. It did not originally
have any other ball field grooming implements (Grading Bar, Broom, etc.). Over the years however we have
added implements for grooming which are now standard equipment. The grooming implements are 72 inches
wide so the number “58” has not made sense in the model numbers for quite some time.
It will now be Model AS72.
