2016 EASTERN ARIZONA COLLEGE VOLLEYBALL CAMP
Camp Overview
Participants will share in the volleyball experience
with talented athletes from Arizona and
surrounding states. Individuals will learn the skills
needed to play the game of volleyball. Teams will
be formed and the skills will be applied to a game
situation.
During camp, participating teams will learn
competitive volleyball skills along with game tactics
and have an opportunity to rub shoulders with
players and coaches from the local area and other
states.
Camp Dates
Camp #1: July 18-21 High School (9th-12th grade)
Camp #2: July 25-27 Elementary (K-6th grade)
Children will be separated into two age groups
Camp #3: July 28-30 Junior High (7th-8th grade)

I understand by the nature of the activity there is the possibility
of an accident, and assume the risk and responsibility while attending the Eastern Arizona College Volleyball Summer Camp.
I, as a parent/guardian of a minor student, permit emergency
care to be administered to her as deemed necessary by the
Coach or Athletic Trainer. I will allow the involved hospital and/
or doctor to administer the required treatment of the emergency
conditions. I also understand that all incurred costs are my
personal responsibility and that Eastern Arizona College Volleyball Camp does not have insurance coverage for injuries to
sport camp participants.
