BALANCE SHEET 2015 – AUDITORS DECLARE THE IMPOSSIBILITY TO COUCH
THEIR ASSESSMENT
Premuda Spa inform that the Auditing Company Pricewaterhouse Spa has released its reports
declaring to be unable to couch an assessment on the statutory and consolidated balance sheet at
December 31, 2015, highlighting that “the requisite of the going concern of the Company is subject
to several and significant uncertainties with potential interactions and possible cumulated effects
on the balance sheet”.
As to the risks about the existence of the Company going concern requisite reference is made on the
specific paragraph “ evaluation on the going concern” contained in the Explanatory Notes to the
Statutory and to the Consolidated Balance Sheet, published on the Press Release dated April 30,
2016 pursuant to Law provision.
