first and main courses at every meal.
There is a buffet with fresh vegetables, both cooked and raw, at lunch and
dinner.
And if you like ending your meal with a sweet taste in your mouth, we will

Relaxing in a thermal pool
Each of our two hotels has an indoor thermal pool connected to an outdoor
one, equipped with hydromassage and cervical water jets. The pools are open
everyday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The connecting pools allow you to swim outdoors even in the coldest months.
The special composition of the water and its temperature between 30/34°C are
ideal for relaxing contracted muscles, alleviating built-up tension and above all
for treating bone and muscle traumas, as well as rheumatic disorders.
After bathing in the pools we recommend resting poolside, lying comfortably
on the beds in order to extend the relaxing sensation of the thermal water.

Following the tradition of thermal bath hotels in Abano, Hotel Terme Firenze
and Hotel Terme Al Sole have their own mud-balneotherapy centers with
a team of highly qualified operators, who work under the supervision of the
Health Director.
The aged mud that is used for your daily sessions is extracted from our basins
by hand, therefore we guarantee greater compactness and plasticity of the
mud.

Active anti-inflammatory ingredients of the Euganean thermal mud
The European Patent No. 1571203 protects and guarantees that the
thermal mud contains numerous active ingredients,
naturally produced during the mud ageing process when
it is correctly regulated. Scientific research at the Pietro
d’Abano Thermal Bath Study Center, holder of the
patent, has enabled their identification and proven
their effectiveness in treating chronic and degenerative
inflammatory diseases, in particular osteoarticular ones”.
The mud-balneotherapy is used in the treatment and the prevention of a
wide range of diseases, in particular osteoporosis, fibromyositis rheumatisms
(bursitis, tendinitis, periarthritis, tennis elbow), traumatic injuries and after
effects of fractures, orthopaedic operations, gout, rheumatism caused by
a metabolic disorder and primary inflammatory ones, as well as respiratory
diseases.

Relaxing moments in the greenery of the
Euganean Hills and the beauty of the territory
Abano Terme enjoys an enviable location: it is at the foot of the Euganean Hills,
which host an 18,700-hectare natural park and true paradise for nature lovers
and fans of outdoor sports, such as hiking, Nordic Walking, mountain biking,
horseback riding, and rock climbing.
Good news for golf lovers: there are 3 golf courses in the Euganean Hills, just a
short distance from our hotels: Golf Club Padova (9 km), Golf Club Montecchia
(6 km) and Golf Club Frassanelle (8 km).
There are a great deal of places worth visiting in the Hills: walled cities such
as Este, Monselice and Montagnana, with their typical foods and historical reenactments, medieval towns such as Arquà Petrarca, one of the most beautiful
ones in Italy, Veneto villas and marvellous gardens such as Valsanzibio, Catajo
Castle, Lispida Castle, and quiet retreats like the Praglia Abbey and the San
Daniele Monastery. The historical centers and towns boast small crafts shops
where you can still find typical products and objects from the territory.
